The word
"minority" has not been defined in the Constitution. The Motilal
Nehru Report, 1928, showed a prominent desire to afford protection
to minorities, but did not define the _expression. The Sapru Report,
1945, also proposed, inter alia, a Minorities Commission, which
exists today, but did not define minority. It is beleived that the
UN too has not said anything on 'who constitutes a minority. No
definition of minority is in our Constitution also. We are making
fool to sit on non exist not defined train of secularism and
minoritysim.
It is beleived
that the UN too has not said anything on 'who constitutes a
minority.' There is an absolute necessity to define ' Who can be
called a Minority' whether this be based on a percentage of the
total population in the country or whether it be on religious or
caste basis. Then we would have another problem crop up in the
states of Punjab, where Sikhs are in a majority, in J & K, where
Muslims are in a majority and in parts of the North East where
Christians are in a majority. Then with the growing conversions of
Hindus to Christianity and Muslim a few States could find themselves
in a quandary. Budhism, Sikhism and Jainism are the branch of
Hinduism.
Then we have to look at the large number of castes. When figures are
taken into consideration, then SCs/STs including Dalits would
constitute percentages well over the limited percentage. We find
that the government, in a craze for votes, attaches more
significance to Muslims and Christians, even at the cost of the
Dalit Hindus. And all this is very dangerous in the years ahead. But
if the government and Political parties are sincere and faithful to
the Constitution of India, they would
In fact call and
need of the time is that we should ensure that Liberty, Equality,
Justice & Fraternity are strictly adhered to; all kinds of 'doling
out' should be purely on economic basis as there are more numbers
from the majority community who are 'hand to mouth'.
Fake
secularism in danger
So called secularists’ dreams become the dreams of ‘Mungerilal’ in
UP Assembly election after coming the judgement of Allahabad High
Court that Muskims in UP are now not in minority. Secular devil
forces want voters for few hours every five years. Caste religion
based Reservation is secularism. Divide
and rule-British policy is Congress vote bank politics in
independent
India.
In the name of
secularism every sin is done.
These caste and religious based secularism is played to abolish the
caste and religious discrimination. Rahul read statement to say that
since last 15 years UP is divided by caste and religion basis.
People should know how, yesterday’s boy dare to fool voters.
Minority Status
in India is actually a curse for the common people in India. The
beneficiaries of this status are some people who claim that they are
the leaders of the minorities.
Muslims not minorities in UP: Allahabad HC
In
a landmark judgement, the allhabad High Court on April 5, 2007 said
the UP government should treat members of the Muslim community as
equal to those belonging to the non-minority communities without
discrimination in accordance with law.
The court also asked the UP government to
treat all Muslim institutions applying for grant-in-aid at par with
non-minority institutions without any discrimination.
Justice
Srivastava also issued a notice to the Centre and the UP government
to take appropriate steps to modify an October 23, 1993 notification
issued by the Central government on the grant of minority status.
The issue is
likely to increase the polarisation of pro- and anti-minority votes.
The first impact
of the judgement will most likely be felt on Saturday, when UP goes
to polls in the first phase, specially in places like Agra which
have high Muslim concentration. The campaigning for the first phase
of polls ends today.
Minority front
Are massiah of
minority front are Gandhis, Arjun, VP, Ram Vilas, Mulayam, Lalu,
Andhra CM, YS Rajasekhara Reddy, Karunanidhi and others belongs to
minority community?
Minority Company
or other entity that is ostensibly owned by a minority, but in fact,
owned financed, or controlled by a non-minority person or entity.
Such fronts are established to qualify for preferential treatment in
the awarding of government contracts
Minority train with full speed without break and destination
France broke the world speed record on rails by creating the world’s
fastest train to Attempt 334.8 MPH but in India vote bank
politicians broke the record of that France rail. It is running on
so called secular track without break without destintion.
Even bus driver seat occupied by the quotas
I
recall a comedy: Demand of quota seat is so great that conductor
opened the door and even driver seat is occupied by the quotas.
Driver drives in standing position. Even passengers travel to climb
on the top of the bus and to joom on the entrance gates. Even they
breaks the window near to driver seat. Counting of quota and
without quota is impossible. So, all get benefit of doubt.
New graves are
not finding space
Reuter reported
that Christian’s new graves are not finding space in Kolkatta. It is
also perhaps the indicators of decrease in the population of
Christians! But Sachchar Committee has not said a single word for
family planning or keeping more wives. Is in India sufficient space
for the graves of Muslims? Population of female is decreasing but
Mulims allowed keeping so many wifes. No need to control population.
UPA trying to
make Hindus minority
Why Ram Krishna
Mission turned itself as non-Hindu? Why Jain wants to be minority?
Why there is a competition to be backward instead of forward? Why
the Union Minister, without portfolio A.R. Antulay is in the search
of provinces where Hindus are in minority? Is this sign of
democracy, secularism and progress?
This statistic
suggested that while the growth rate for Hindus has fallen between
1991 and 2001 compared with 1981 and 1991, Muslims and Christians
have actually grown faster in the last decade, this led Indian media
and different parties raising an alarm on this trend.
Rahul roadshow
start with Babri to insult Narsimha Rao
Some of the mist
over Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's promise of "fair share" for
minorities in government jobs could be lifting. Congress on Nov 13
took ownership of proposals for quota benefits for Dalit Muslims and
Christians aired by two senior Congress leaders A R Antulay and
Veerappa Moily. Even Rahul Gandhi statted his roadshows by giving
visit to Deoband as his father Rajiv wanted votes to dishonor SC on
Shahbano Case and after that wanted votes of Hindus to statt
campaign from Ayodhya
Why Minority
Ministry?
Antulay, who is
minister for minority affairs, and Moily, chairman of Administrative
Reforms Commission, have spoken in favour of reservations for
Muslims. Antulay advocated inclusion of Dalit Muslims in the SC/ST
quota frame. Yesterday by Andhra government and to day Karunanidhi
of TN declared reservation for so called dalit Muslims and
Christians.
For the
fulfillment of wonders of secularism Congress created Minority
Commission and extended caste based reservation policy. Antuley was
forced to resign as a CM of Maharshtra due to the corruption. Now he
is a cabinet minister for making Hindus in the minority. For this he
has made grounds for separating Jains and others from Hunduism.
Being a minister he is supporting religious reservation for Muslims.
Voters IDs for
militants as
for Bangladeshi Infiltreators!
Timesnow reported to day:
Lashkar
militants, in alleged connivance with bureaucrats, have reportedly
managed to acquire Voter identity cards, virtually becoming de-facto
citizens of India. Two of these cards were seized from
Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Toiba militants Abdul Majeed and Mohammad
Jameel who were arrested from the Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri
district.
What is worse,
while scanning electoral records during the course of investigation,
police found that 62 other voter ID cards are still missing and no
official records were found?
“It causes a lot
of concern for people who deal with security, because these cards
going in the hands of terrorists can be used anywhere to gain
access. And security agencies take it very seriously. I think the
officer who is concerned with the safe custody of these cards should
be proceeded against under law,’ said Jammu Inspector General
Sheeshpal Vaid.
It
is open fact that Congress and Communists not only encourage
infiltration from Bangladesh but also help them for getting ration
cards and enrolling their names in the voterlists. Actually
terrorists, insurgents as Maoist and ULFA, separatists and so called
minority are the solid voters for them.
"Exclusive"
reservation for Muslims, Christians
Tamil Nadu Chief
Minister M Karunanidhi announced in the State Assembly today that
the state government has decided to create a religion based quota in
government jobs and seats in educational institutions of the state.
Interestingly, a
similar law passed by the Andhra government, providing 5%
reservation to Muslims, was struck down by the state HC last year as
unconstitutional. It had then said that reservation based on
religion was against Article 15 of the Constitution. The case is now
pending, but there seems to be little chance of the AP government
getting a favourable verdict.
Advantages over
Hindus
Congress and Left
in India appease the minority groups, which are their vote banks.
The educational
institutions established by non-Hindus can apply for the "Religious
Minority Status". This means that 50% of the seats in these
institutions are reserved for students belonging to a particular
religion. For example, in DBIT Mumbai, 50% of the seats are reserved
for Roman Catholic students.
The Aligarh
Muslim University (AMU) also enjoyed a minority status (50% of the
seats reserved for Muslims), until the High Court declared that the
status was anti-constitutional. But the Teachers' and Students'
Union of AMU, as well as many political leaders protested this
decision of the Court.
Many Muslims
groups have also asked for quotas in prestigious institutions
managed by Government. A committee set up by the HRD minister Arjun
Singh in 2005 recommended quotas for Muslims in institutions such as
IITs, IIMs and IIFT.
There is a
special concession given to Muslims for pilgrimages (Hajj). Sri Sri
Ravishankar pointed out in a recent interview, in the state of
Karnataka alone; the Government takes Rs 40 crores from the temples,
while only 50 lakhs are returned to them. On the other hand, mosques
generate about 40 lakhs but receive 8 crores from the Government.
