After the news report of above said Rave Party,  now I read about more terrible extremely disturbing videotape of Watauga,Texas.

Two teenagers were arrested after police found a video of them showing two children how to smoke marijuana.

The tape shows the two teens allegedly teaching the boys, ages 2 and 5, how to smoke pot. In the video, the children are called "potheads," and a man can be seen placing a marijuana cigarette in a baby's mouth. In another part of the video, a boy is seen smoking his own. The children were also asked if they "have the munchies."

Third-degree felony charges have been filed against the teenagers.

Police said the boys are the 17-year-old's nephews, ages 2 and 5. The children have been placed in foster care, child protective services said.

Watauga is a town of around 24,000 located just outside the city of Fort Worth.

The grandmother Russell of one of the teens said "I'm very upset about it. I didn't raise them like that and they know I didn't raise them like that," She told a Texas television station that she was at work when the videotape was made.

Asked for comment by KXAS-TV as he was being led into jail, McCoy responded with expletives.

Police found the tape while investigating some burglary and quickly slapped the 17-year-old with a felony charge of injury to a child.

House or armoury?

It was supposed to be a routine fire fighting call — a house fire in a Los Angeles neighborhood. But what greeted these firemen at the house was an unpleasant surprise, and a dangerous one at that.

Over a million rounds of ammunition and 75 firearms, ranging from small handguns to assault rifles, were discovered in the burning house. The cache of arms and ammunition was stored in cardboard boxes, wooden crates, plastic bins and large cooking pots. What raised the danger for the firefighters was when rounds started going off as the heat form the fire started to build up.

"I think it was a little overkill. I believe in the second amendment, but I think it was a little overkill, as far as how much ammo and how many guns he's had," said a neighbor.

On further investigation, the firefighters also discovered a 10-foot deep tunnel starting right inside the house leading to the backyard. No arrests have been made so far and the owner of the house, whose identity has not been revealed, has been taken to hospital for psychological evaluation.
