Selling, purchasing and biding are going on in Presidential election legally. Is it not an auction as Miss India parade? Auctions of slaves and women are now illegal. Advocate R KAnand said, "Where is the evidence? Was I on camera giving money to Kulkarni to give a statement in favor of my client? Was I on camera offering money?" Congress and Mayawati can argue the same.

Most political elections are non-competitive. The politicians have picked the voters they want, rather than the other way around. Bovard of US argued that American ought to regard elections as “reverse slave auctions” wherein the largely clueless mass of people get to select which gang of politicians will control their lives.

Caught on camera corruption and caught in print media honesty

After the invention of electronic channels in India, leaders think that caught on camera is crime but caught in print media is not a crime. Pradip Gandhi with others caught on camera in taking bribe for asking questions in the parliament, so it became crime but not others if they take or give bribe behind camera. Print media says there is a bargaining between BSP and Congress to give and get support in the coming Presidential Election subject to Taj Corridor Scam of Rs 170 crores. But this is legal.

Parliament vs Supreme Court Bar Association

The Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) suspended the membership of senior advocates R K Anand and I U Khan, who were shown by a TV channel allegedly influencing a witness in the sensational BMW case. It is being said that Left and UPA want to be in a good book of each other. Lok Sabha speaker is still the member of politburo and possible candidate of President Post or in bargain for the post of Vice President. This is another example of invocative renounce after the renounce of Sonia Gandhi!

Governor is Supreme than Supreme Court

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati was jubilant after Governor T.V. Rajeshwar refused to allow the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to prosecute her on charges of corruption of Rs. 170 crore (170 Billions) in Taj Corridor Project. Governor did this to against the prior written instruction of Supreme Court.

The governor’s opinion is significant because the Supreme Court, which is monitoring the CBI’s investigation into the deal, is against closing the case.

Why are Supreme Court and the President silent now?

Satta ke dalal or faithful dog?

Musharraf is broker of war on terror and Leftist broker for Chinas aggression on Arunanchal. Did Governor of UP brokerage between Congress and BSP by dropping the Taj Corridor case against the Maywati in the exchange of her support to Congress candidate of the president post? Our Governors are more faithful to their masters than the proverbial dog - with a slight difference, though. The dog remains faithful to the master even if the latter eventually becomes impecunious.

Barber system and present legal democratic corruption

If you take currency for doing some thing as an elected member or bureaucrat then it is called bribery or corruption. But if you adopt old barter system for the same then it is called the necessity such as Mr. Clean PM says inclusion tainted in his Ministry is a compulsion of alliance government: “Majburi kaa naam Mahatma Gandhi”

When I was an advisor in taxation then it was being said that thief for income tax under the rules and law of Income is legal. So now politician can do every sin in democratic way. Democracy is supreme.

Is CBI a football for politicians to play a dirty game?

The apex court had directed the CBI to continue with the probe. Under the law, only two options are available to the agency -- it can either go to the Supreme Court for further directions on the matter since the case is being monitored by the SC or it can file a closure report. In any case, the CBI is sure to face the ire of Supreme Court

Delusion of Democracy in India

One of Winston Churchill’s most famous quips is that democracy is the worst form of government — except for all the others. What if “throwing the rascals out” means only replacing them with other rascals? Under those conditions, it might be the case that democracy is just a delusion — a fancy, elaborate ritual in which the results of elections scarcely matter.

Is sun rounding around the earth?

A child sitting in the compartment of a running train imagines that land and trees are moving. Many of us think that sun is moving on the earth. But reality is opposite to this. Like that we think that leaders are on work and we are staying. Fact is opposite to this. The train of our elected members is running means we are running. We reach on wrong destination by sitting in the wrong train. We should understand our duty.

Women were sold, now votes are sold

There was a news story published in the Indian express on Dec4, 1998 titled: For just Rs 5,000, women are sold in Andhra auction. We called this barbaric act but not purchasing and selling to give and take support means bidding in the Presidential election is not barbaric. It is humanism as human activists and NGPs are doing noble work to save the barbaric terrorists and naxalites.

The Crowd is growing and the voices raising. In the dusty Andhra Pradesh town of Eluru, the auctioneer opens the bidding. ``Look at this beautiful one. This looks spicy and attractive. Pay Rs 5,000 and it's yours.''

What is the importance of being President and Governors? Nothing is important for them. They are the objects of the politicians means the ruling party.

Democracy for sale even in Presidential Election

I do not disclose the names. Few weeks back one advertiser sent to me an email for giving an ad on my article related to ‘Pune rave party’ by paying US $ 250.00. I refused at that time. Now again an elected legislator approached me for giving an advertisement for online sale of his vote in favor of a Presidential candidate. But I refused him to see a news report of Aug 16 2000 which published at cnn.com:

A Maryland voter protesting political corruption vows to hawk his ballot in the 2000 general election to the highest bidder on the Internet. But the electronic auction could prove costly to buyer and seller, possibly landing both parties in jail, state authorities say.

A seller identified as "a pragmatic" on the auction site eBay posted the following description on August 15:

"The 2000 election vote of one U.S. citizen who is a registered voter in Maryland in the United States: You may specify whom I vote for in the presidential and all other elections in my district, by name or by party. Why should the American citizen be left out? Congressmen and senators regularly sell their votes to the highest bidder: Democracy for sale!"

By Wednesday evening, 20 bids after its original posting, the price had risen from $5 to $10,100.

I am neither a big gun in politics nor goonda criminal. So I refused the ad. TOI and other are big guns, so they can accept all ads, especially related to the dishonoring of Hinduism.

I want to obtain the suggestions of the viewers of this article. Why should political parties whose candidates are in the presidential election not give on line ad for getting and giving supports? Is there any law in India, which restricts any one doing this legally? Why are they doing the same crime behind the doors? If corruption is behind the doors and published in the media then why is there hesitation doing this in public?

I recall an incident. There was a friend of mine. I advised him for not smoking before his elders, especially in the front of his parents. He replied he did openly without hiding to any one. I think sins of Congress behind the door is good or openly as did my friend. I am in the search, research in the secular way. But what is the definitions secularism?
