Mumbai resident, who according to police was the propaganda chief of Naxals in Maharashtra, has been arrested in Nagpur late night on Tuesday (May 8).

Arun Pereira who lived in Mumbai’s western suburb of Bandra, was in Nagpur to attend an important meeting of naxalites, after which he was arrested along with three others. The four have been remanded to police custody till May 16.

The police say that with the arrest, a host of Maoist subversive plans have been nipped in the bud. The Naxalite quartet was wanted by police in Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh for serious offences. What has come as a surprise – since the Naxals were looking to set up a base in the city – is the claim by Nagpur police that the four were involved in instigating violence in Nandigram in West Bengal and across Maharashtra after the Khairlanji killings.

Few weeks back a weapon factory of naxalites seized in Bhopal. In previous week Naxalites Guha was zrrested in Raipur capital of Chhattisgarh. Guha came here as a businessman of Tendu leaves with three letters for jailed Naxal leader Gopanna.

Naxal Code Words Santra or Nagpur, Aam for Amravati

Like the above Peepal, Khajur and Bar are for other cities. It may sound like the recipe of a fruit salad, but is much more sinister than that. These are some codes by which Naxalites reportedly refer to cities in Maharashtra.

The city police are now trying to decipher such codes that have been found in the documents seized from the four naxals, who were arrested near Deekshabhoomi on May 9.

While the police conjecture that 'santra' refers to Orange city Nagpur and 'aam' is another name for Amravati, the meaning of other monickers has yet to be established. These codes hint at a deep-rooted network of Maoists in the state, especially cities like Nagpur and Mumbai, sources said.

The arrest of Mumbai resident Arun Thomas Pereira alias Sanjay Choudhary also hints that Maoist activities may have started striking roots in the commercial capital of India.

Sheila Dikshit, the Congress leader and Delhi Chief Minister, while laying a foundation stone of a new flyover in south Delhi on Wednesday, said she wished there was a way to stop migration from other states particularly Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.

In a damage control move, Dikshit denied having made any disparaging remarks against the people of UP or Bihar. "BJP is simply playing politics and is making a non-issue an issue," she said. Then why did she appolize for his crime later?

Sonia Gandhi herself represents Raibareilly of UP. During the period between 1984 and 1989, Sheila Dixit represented Kannauj Parliamentary Constituency of Uttar Pradesh. She took over as Chief Minister of Delhi on December 3, 1998 and reelected in 2003. In recently Congress has been defeated by BJP with the help of UP Biharis especially. So in revange Sheila Dixit angily went against them.

She is related to Uma Shankar Dixit a cabinet minister in Indira Gandhi government. she married Vinod Dixit, an Indian Administrative Service official who belonged to a political family.

Sheila Dixit is a daughter-in-law of the veteran Uma Shankar Dixit and widow of the respected UP civil servant Vinod Dixit. Uma Shankar Dixit was a cabinet minister in Indira Gandhi government

He was known for his devotion to the Nehru-Gandhi family.He had been one of the few people who had met Kamala Nehru and had some interesting things to recount.

Sheila Diixit bears close proximity to Sonia Gandhi, so she can dare to say against Bhiharis and lalu becomes lallu in this issue.  

PM Rajya Sabha Member from Guwahati resides Delhi

PM Manmohan Singh rushed to Guwahati to be a Rajya Sabha Member again from Assam. He could not dare to fight from his native state Punjab against Navjot Sidhu, though, Punjab Congress had invited him. Has he not outsider in Punjab? Is his weight is lighter on Delhi? Congress evoked the sentiments of UP siders and Biharis resides in Mumbai to criticize the statements of Thakres and threw stones on them at the time of elections in the past. It forgets that Congress itself is living in a glass house.

Talk of Glolization to encourage regionalism

PM Manmohan Singh preaches globalizations. Congress leaders have goblized its presidentship and the marriages. They tried to globalize PM post of India by propsing Sonia’s name as a PM in the past. Congress welcomes Italian origin so called ‘Deshi bahu’ and Italian born youth leaders but Congress CM of Delhi Shiela Dixit can’t digest UP Biharis in Delhi. Their Policy of Regionalism is different in Mumbai and different for Delhi.  

Prime Minister Manmohan addressed on the 150^th anniversary of 1857 function. Was 1857 not a Feedom Struggle of Hindu Muslim unitedly in united India agaiste foreigners who ruled us? Then how could Rahul dare to say that Indira divided Pakistan? Was Bangladesh not part of India in 1855? Was Pakistan not a part of United India in 1857? Why can PM not dare to say that Congress divided United India two times?
