Jharkhand CM Madhu Koda refused CBI enquiry? Love affair in Abhishek’s death unnatural as blood on his face, hole in knee & body was swollen? Bharat in Similar 2003 suspensive death: Shivanand Tiwari

Versions of Bharat Anand and Vishal Pandey in live telecast of various news channels Aajtak Star ibnlive are controversial. Similar death was happened in Jan 28, 2003 . The victim was nephew of former spokesperson of Lalu’s RJD, Shivanand Tiwari. Tiwari recently joined JD(U). Father of Abhishek Mishra was gone Ranchi from Delhi . He was more than 48 hours there. Both Bharat and Vishal neither meet him nor did they attend death ceremony of his friend though father of victim had informed them.

Shilpi, sister of Abhishek Mishra is in Delhi with her family and is pleading for an enquiry into his death.

Shivanand Tiwari came to know the tragedy from the channels. He was in Chennai at that time. From there he said that at that time also Bharat Anand was went along with his nephew Shani to play cricket in Giridih. It was being said that his Nephew was dead by accident. At that time also Bharat said that he was gone in the search of Shani by walk though victim was gone by motorcycle. At that time also Bharat neither meet victim's family nor he attended death funnel.

Bharat was ex-student. He left the institute before three years. Then why did he keep relation with them? On their version it is clear that Ragini was more than a friend of Abhishek. Bharat and Vishal have also friendship with Ragini. After the sad tragedy Ragini also did not try to make contact further. He phoned only one time to give information in two three lines.

They went to picnic in the van of Bharat. As per the statement of victim’s father Dr. Mishra, Ragini was always gone outside with the Railway’s van with armed security. Then why was van of Bharat used to go Dassam Falls ?

According to Bharat, Vishal and Ragini all went to police station. FIR is in the name of Vishal. After that they reached at CM’s house? On whose instruction and along with whom, Bharat, Vishal and Ragini went to the resident of Jharkhand CM Madhi Koda for relax.

The death of Abhishek Mishra, a 24-year-old student of computer science in BIT- Mesra at a Dasham waterfall near Ranchi got surrounded in a mystery after it was revealed that he had a love affair with Railway Minister Lalu Prasad's daughter Ragini. Abhishek was a cptain of the Cricket teem of his Institute. He was also a good footballer. Mishra accepted that his son and Ragini were “very good friends” for almost three years. “Ragini used to phone me quite often. They were very good friends,” he said. Abhishek's father claims they were planning to get married.

Ministerial pressure

In this mystery CM and Ranchi Police made involve themselves in a doubtful manner. Ragini is in the centre of the tragedy. She is the daughter of Railway Minister. So naturally the political pressure is involved in this event. But, don't politicise Abhishek`s death says Jharkand CM

Ragini was accompanying Abhishek, Vishal and Bharat BIT students on the picnic tour when he drowned at Dasham falls, about 40 km from Ranchi, on Dec 8.

Ragini’s version

Ragini is said to have flown straight to her father's bungalow in Patna after the incident and has been incommunicado since then, as has her father Lalu Yadav, who is also in Patna currently. Waiting for her to break her silence is a traumatised family in Gurgaon, who want to know why and how their son died.

“After all our efforts to locate him failed, we persuaded the villagers to search for him. But none of them agreed to swim in the stream,” Ragini told the police.

The search operation was undertaken by the villagers only in the morning today under the supervision of village headman Debang Munda. The body was recovered in the afternoon.

Foul play?

Why Vishal and Anand not be detained by Police?

Bharat Anand is the only son of Giridih public prosecutor Virendra Rai and a relative of former Jharkhand mines minister Ravindra Rai. Another friend in picnic was Vishal pandey. Mishra claimed that Anand and Vishal Pandey had visited chief minister Madhu Koda on the day of the tragedy before “disappearing”. “Why weren’t they detained by the police?”

Version of Bharat

Bharat, told The Telegraphthat he had spoken to Mishra this afternoon. “He (Mishra) has no doubt about us but he just wanted to know that if someone else was with us. But there was no one. It was an accident,” Bharat said. The picnic was Abhishek’s idea, Bharat said. “We did not want to go to Dassam but Ragini said she wanted to go to a secluded place as she did not want to be identified,” he said.

Suspense in Silence

Victim’s father Dr. Mishra told reporters: "Luckily daughter of Lalu Prasad Yadav called me and told me that my son had drowned. I quickly stopped my car and spoke to her. But they did not tell me anything till last night. Later they came and sat next to me. I asked why they did not tell me anything. “If they were good friends, they should come forward and narrate the incident to me. Why are they staying away? This leads to suspicion. I have, therefore, demanded an independent inquiry by a central agency like the CBI,” said Dr. Mishra before leaving for New Delhi this evening by train.

Finger is raised on the Police Role

Dr. Mishra, Abhishek's father said the police had seized Abhishek's laptop though his mobile was returned. After the mishap, the laptop, two mobile phones, were with Ragini who later passed them on to another student, Anwar. “The police should have seized all belongings, why seize only a laptop which can have vital clues? That too without an FIR,” Dr. Mishra said, before taking away all his son’s belongings with him to Delhi . Abhishek's body was fished out and cremated in Ranchi on Dec 10.

The father of victim Abhishek also wondered why police were eager to declare that the death had been accidental. “The police have submitted the post-mortem report without the viscera examination. I know there is no facility in the state, but they should have sent the viscera to forensic laboratories outside Jharkhand. The autopsy was done within 15 minutes and that declared him drowned

,” Mishra said.

Superintendent of Police (rural) Upendra Kumar said Ragini accompanied Abhishek for the picnic at the waterfall. The post-mortem report said Abhishek died by drowning, he added.

CBI Enquiry demanded for Abhishek Mishra's mysterious death

On the basis of above facts Dr Subhash Chandra Mishra, father of victim demanded for the CBI enquiry. Former Jharkhand chief minister Arjun Munda too has demanded a CBI probe into the incident.

.

Abhishek's father blames administration for distortion of facts

"Had the administration been strict, this kind of an incident wouldn't have happened. What were the warden and the authorities doing? I want a CBI probe into this matter," said Dr S C Mishra. The Vice-chancellor of the BIT, S K Mukherjee claimed that Abhishek and his friends who had been to the spot did not intimate the institute officially and that the villagers informed them about his drowning.

Another feather in lalu’s crown

Another feather in lalu’s crown and another case in his CV would be added. Lalu may be second D.P.Yadav Ragini may be bharti.Problem is that the place where incidence took place is in Jharkhand where Lalu is reigning indirectly. CBI probe is must in case to let the cat out of bag

Lalu has two sons and seven daughters. Three daughters have been married. Lalu was in controversy for the expanses in his daughters’ marriages.

Garib Rath train Launch: Lalu addresses the gathering in Bhojpuri !!

Lalu is always in media for his involvement in Rs 1000 cores-fodder scam, promoting his wife and brothers in law in politics and whipping up caste hysteria during polls.

Of late, his children have tuned out to be a major source of controversy around him. The Income-Tax department served notices on RJD chief and the Chief Minister Rabri Devi asking for the details of the expenses incurred during the mega wedding of their first daughter Misa Bharati in 1999.

But then unruffled by what happened then, Lalu Yadav made Rohini's (his another daughter) wedding a more extravagant affair. Film actors and most of the politicians who attended his first daughter's wedding turned up at his second daughter's mega marriage event studded with film stars and who's who of Indian politics.

Rohini's wedding turned out to be a nightmare for the car shop owners and other big businessmen. His supporters led by his brothers in law Sadhu Yadav and Subhas Yadav allegedly "lifted" 45 air conditioned cars from various Mithila Motors, Carlo Automobiles and other car shops for carrying the guests at the wedding of the messiah of Poor's daughter

Abhishek Mishra may have been alive today

Abhishek Mishra may have been alive today had there been a restroom for visitors at the scenic Dasham Falls . If it’s a restroom for some, non-availability of life jackets and no fencing around the “danger zones” are the major areas of concern for others. “No outsider will believe that it is a tourist destination of repute until he or she reaches the core area. No basic facilities and security are available at the site. If my son died due to accidental drowning then the government is to be blamed,” said the bereaved father, who visited the spot on December 9. The tourism department, which boasts of the beauty of Dasham Falls in its advertisements, is learnt to be going slow on a Rs 1.19-crore project at the waterfall site.

Ranchi deputy commissioner K.K. Soan said the district administration would use barricades to mark the perilous areas. “I have directed the Bundu sub-divisional officer to ensure that a safety structure be built in accident-prone areas. A hoarding will display the number of deaths along with the names near a danger zone,” said the official.

According to the police record at the Bundu police station, at least 20 men have been reported to have died here due to drowning since August 1, 2003 . Senior SSP, Ranchi , NP Singh, who visited the site along with Deputy Commissioner Kamal Kishore Sone, told The Indian Express that it was an accident.
