He said that naxal incidents of Chhattisgarh are of greatest number in the country. Central Govt has given more help to Chhattisgarh in cmparison to other states. The State Government there not does its duty properly. Central governmet wants permission of Chhattishgarh government to tackle the problem but the state government does not give that. He said 40% total naxal violent incidents occurred in CG and 60% death of the total nubers comes from the Chhattishgarh. BJP members wanted from Shivraj Patil for taking his allegation back. Somnat Chatterjee did not give permission for this because in question hour no discussion would be allowed.

Are naxalites not criminal?

There may be other reasons also. Lok Sabha Speaker has said that naxalites are not criminals. Does it mean the police who are fighting against naxalites to sacrifice their lives are criminals? He welcomed the Maoist inflenced iGovernment in Nepal. Second reason may be that he wants support of the UPA government for his pobable Presdidentship candidature. Today Left has given indication that there will be comrade Somnath as a candidate for the presidenship.

CM Raman contradicted the Patil’s statement

Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Dr Raman Singh asked Home Minisnister when state government did not allow Central Government for tackling the naxal problem in the state in the past three years. He said to the office of “Nai Duniya” Hindi daily by phone that Patils should inform about the date of refusal. Chhattisgarh attitude has never been non-co-operaive. The State Government has always requested for taking tougher step against the naxal violence. In the past state government has requested central government for the movement against the naxal violence. Opposite to this Central government has no plan for the joint movement and the central government left all eight states alson for tackling the naxal problem?Instead of giving statement, central government should show it might to tackle the naxal prolem. Chhattisgarh state government has always advocated for soloving the naxal problem in the direction of the centre with the help of othere effected states.

Netam also condemned Home Minister Patil

Chhattisgarh State Home Mininster also said that the aim of central government and state government is to tackle the naxal problem. Then on what basis Patil has said that state government does not give permission to tackle the problem. Why is his baseless allegation now? He never alleged before that! There have been so many joint meetings of state ministers with the Cntral Home Ministry regarding naxal problems. But never he or his ministry raised this issue.

Is Patil’s answer not amounting to breach of privilege?

lt is well-settled that making a misleading statement deliberately may be treated as breach of privilege and contempt of the House. The House may treat the making of a deliberately misleading statement as contempt.

Does the act of the Home Minister Patil not mislead or tend to mislead and not be done wilfully with the intention to mislead or deceive? Is the element of deliberateness not in the alleged offence of deliberately misleading the House? Parliamentarian expers think that Patil’s statement was not only wrong or misleading but it was made deliberately to mislead the House. [Kaul and Shakdher, 3rd Edn., Vol. I, p. 234]

The charge of misleading of the House is only sustained on one of the following grounds namely:

(i) That the Minister made a statement which he knew was false; or (ii) that he made a statement which he did not himself believe to be true; or (iii) that he made a statement without due care and attention and negligently asserting something as true which turned out to be false of statement is utterly indifferent whether what he is saying is true or false. No person is expected to make a statement about a fact as to which he made no enquiry to ascertain its truth or falsehood. If he does so, he must pay the price for his negligence and indiscretion should it later turn out that what he asserted was false and thus misled the House.

Who is true? Is Central home Minister or CM of Chhatttisgarh state true? Both can’t be true. One definitely is liar. Both are responsible personalities in the eyes of the public.

In a past case of an alleged misleading the House, the Minister concerned laid on the Table a statement correcting his answer to a question and the Chairman did not consider that there was any intention on the part of the Minister to mislead the House.

So liar should come before the parliament or state assembly of the Chhattisgarh? In Sonia raj there is no Ram Rajya. So there is no need of ‘Agni pariksha’. But in the gandhigiri also truth must be come before the public.

Are Naxalites Human Activists?

CPI (M) wing PUCL Peoples Union for Civil Liberties is active in Chhattisgarh as a supported hand to the naxal Maoists. Its General Secretary Vinayak sen is arrested by police on May 13 because of his linking with the naxalites. Few days back one naxalite Guha in the shape of a business man of tendu leaves was arrested with three letters which were being delived to the nsaxalite leaders in the jail of Chhattishgarh. At that time also this PUCL came to save the Guha in the name of humanity.This is the civil liberty movement of Marxism. This naxal Maoism has spread in Mumbai and Nagpur also. But our Home Minister said that naxal is not such great problem as given publicity. President of PUCL says arrest of Vinayak Sen and Guha are illegal because both are human acivists. This is the Human right of Soniaism and Marxism.

Code words of naxlites which can be understand only by the Human activists under the left supported seculary communal UPA government. Naxal Code Words Santra or Nagpur, Aam for Amravati Like the above Peepal, Khajur and Bar are for other cities. It may sound like the recipe of a fruit salad, but is much more sinister than that. These are some codes by which Naxalites reportedly refer to cities in Maharashtra.

Biodata of Naxalite son of Shivraj Patil

Busted armed factory of naxalites in Bhopal is in the name of Diwakar Patil allias Yalwarthy. When asked the mentioning his father’s name as Shivraj Patil then he replied that in sharp contrast, on April 24, 2005, at a high level meeting with Ministers, Government officials, Opposition leaders and intellectuals at Bangalore, Union Home Minister Shivraj Patil stated : “ The Government is not interested in using weapons. They (the Naxalites) are our brothers and sisters and we know that this is a socio-economic problem rather than one of law and order. We can solve these problems through dialogue and discussions.” Diwakar allias Yalwarthy said that since that date he considered Shivrj Patil as his father to enroll him as his father in every document that might be electric and water bill or factory registration and rent receipt.
