There is a media report of May 20, 2007. Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) Vivek Mishra committed suicide by shooting himself with his service revolver at his residence in Chandigarh. A CRPF officer on deputation with the Punjab Police for the last several years, 45-year-old Mishra was facing a CBI case for an alleged ‘fake’ encounter in which four persons were killed 13 years ago. This is the second such case in Punjab of a police officer under CBI scanner taking his own life. SSP Ajit Singh Sandhu, who was also facing similar charges, had committed suicide by jumping in front of a train near Chandigarh a few years ago.

Friends said Mishra had tried to take his life a few years ago as well but was saved. His colleagues in the Punjab Police say he was disturbed for the last few years due to the ongoing CBI case in which he was to appear in the Patiala court on May 26. He was also reportedly studying law and had told his friends that he would fall back on it if he lost his job.

It was on September 30, 1994 that the CBI registered a case of murder, kidnapping and criminal conspiracy against sub-inspector Pritam Singh, then SHO of Police Station Kahnuwan, on the orders of the Supreme Court. The apex court order came after Charanjit Kaur, wife of the late Lt Balwinder Singh, alias Baju, of Bhiani Phaswal village moved the court with the plea that her husband, along with three others, was shot dead by police on January 25, 1994 after being taken into custody by Pritam Singh.

On May 31, 1996, CBI filed a chargesheet in which it also named Vivek Mishra and said he, then SP (Operations), was also present at the site of the alleged encounter. Mishra and others were out on bail.

Why did they not try to be a human activist of NGO as Arundhati Roy, Medha Patkar, Teesta Setalwad? Why did they not stand in the long que of the loyalist of Sonia Gandhi? Why die they not join NDTV, CNN-IBN or other channel? Now there is too much scope in them. They were also in mistake not to join print media especially Anti-Hindu English dailies especially The Hindu and Hindustan. Are both news papers not devoted to Hinduism to keep their name with Hindu identity? Why did both late police officers not join the Timesofindia? After the inhuman death of late Ashok Jain, TOI is devoted to the human rights. Its editorials are against the deputation of army in J&K and North East Border. Why both late police officers not join PDP or other polical parties which do not want army anywhere in India. After all our country is a country of Mahatma Buddh, Bhagwan Mahavir and today Gandhigiri of Ram Rahim Singh of Dera Sacha Sauda. He is with a mixture of many religions Ram (Hindu) Rahim(Muslim) Singh (Sikh) to forget the adjectives of religion. Now he is on Gandhigiri against the dictate of Akal Takht to start blood donation programs in the deras.

If they were unable to find the space in above then why did they not try to find Congress of foreign born and Christian leadership? They are in the search of such persons. Foreign borns Sonia and his son has said that Congress defeat in UP was due to the shortage of congress cadres. So they had done a great mistake not to join the Congress in UP. Gandhis want ready made food. They are unable to cook the food. Fast foods are popular in Italy and other Europena countries. There should not be army any where. Joint mechanism is best. Give Arunanchal to China and get permanent support of left parties. So climb on the stairs to catch the government any how. If you can win the election by import of Talibanis then do that. Your five fingers must be in the ghee of government.

If, there is a need of army and security forces then adopt the formula which has been suggested in my past article. Army Chief JJ Singh and PM Manmohan Singh exchange their post for a certain period getting experience practically. Media giants Pranoy Roy, Vinod Dua, Rajdeep Sardesai, N Ram, V. Sanghvi should be made commanders of army and army commanders should become journalists. This type of revolution should be continue in every field especially in the field of Humanity and secularism.
