The families covered under this scheme will decide on their financial status.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the Ayushman Bharat-Jan Arogya Yojana in September. Central and state governments will pay premiums together, in which the central government will increase 60 percent and the state government will spend 40 percent.

In order to provide services to the doctors in remote areas also good doctors should be available in compulsory rural and inaccessible areas, for the approval of the Central Government, the Indian Medical Council has made some improvements in the medical education rules. Now all the practitioners who receive the Postgraduate Diploma will have to serve two years in inaccessible areas. By changing the medical education rules, the Medical Council of India has reserved 50% seats in government departments for such medical staff, who have served at least 3 years in remote areas. . At the same time, for enrollment in medical courses, a weightage of 10 percent will be given per year for the service in inaccessible areas in the entrance test.
