The country’s two-wheeler company Hero MotoCorp has launched a 24 × 7 roadside assistance program for the convenience of its customers. Under this program, the company will provide 24×7 service to its customer at an annual cost of Rs 350.
The company claims that customers who subscribe to this program will not have to face any trouble if the bike goes bad anywhere in the country. In the event of a bike failure, the customer only has to call a toll free number. After this, the service agent of the company will fix the bike by coming to the location mentioned. If the bike is not fixed for some reason, it will also be the responsibility of the company to take it to the nearest service center.
Services that will be available in Hero MotoCorp’s RSA program include on-call support to customers, on-spot repair, transporting the vehicle to the nearest Hero Workshop, fuel delivery if fuel runs out, flat tire support, battery Jump Start, On-demand Accidental Assistance and Key Retrieval Support. Customers can easily avail RSA facility through toll-free number or Hero Customer App.
Customers can enroll their two-wheeler for the RSA program at an attractive starting price of Rs 350 for an annual subscription through their nearest Hero MotoCorp authorized channel partner. The RSA will be complementary for a period of one year for the company’s range of premium motorcycles, such as the Extreme 160R, Extreme 200S and Expuls 200. This scheme is in force from 1 October 2020.
