Home Minister Tamradhwaj Sahu honored 14 people from the fields of journalism, sports, arts, police, social service and medicine by honoring Pandit Shambhu Nath Mishra Shikhar. The program was presided over by former Home Minister Brijmohan Agrawal. Padma Vibhushan Dr. Teejan Bai joined as special guest. This was the third year of the program.
Hina Yasmin Khan, Santosh Sahu from the social service sector, Sukhanandan Rathore from the police service, Rohit Malekar, Rakesh Sharma from the art field, Mukul Gaine, Sharda Tiwari from the sports field, Malti Raikwar, Ranu Vikas Tiwari from the journalism field, Farooq Memon, Gokul Soni , Tanmay Aggarwal, Dr. Ninder Singh Chawla and Dr. OP Singh Sundarani from the medical field were honored.
The chief guest of this event held at Raipur Press Club, Tamradhwaj Sahu, congratulated the respected personalities from different fields. He said that social service is an exemplary task while discharging its responsibilities. Such programs should be organized so that more people will come forward to do something for the society by taking inspiration from such individuals and help in furthering the society.
