Regarding the implementation of the Plan of Action of the National Legal Services Authority, New Delhi and the plans of the State Legal Services Authority, on July 01, 2021, as per the instructions of the District Judge-Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Jagdalpur Smt. A meeting-training program of Paralegal Volunteers was organized in the building.
In the said training-workshop, the meeting of the selected paralegal volunteers of the District Legal Services Authority by Geeta Brij, Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority, Jagdalpur, in the training program, through the pamphlet printed by the authority and following the guidelines of Kovid-19. Directed for wide publicity of National Lok Adalat to be held on 10th July 2021 by organizing literacy camp. He took information from the Paralegal Volunteers about their duties and what and how they were helping the common man and also shared their experiences in providing help to the common people. Along with this, he was also directed to make the general public aware of the services of Legal Aid Clinic by coordinating with the Head of the Office of the established Legal Aid Clinic-Panchayat Heads.
The Paralegal Volunteers present in the above-organized meeting-training program were made aware of their work and motivated them to do such work so that the distance between the needy person and the legal service institution should be removed and all the obstacles of this campaign of justice should be eliminated. . Along with, explaining in detail about their duties, the National Legal Services Authority and the State Legal Services Authority and the schemes run by the government and the schemes of legal services by giving wide publicity and necessary law related information for its effective implementation. In order to reach the last line of the society, necessary guidelines were also provided in relation to the achievement of the goal of “Justice for all”.
