*कड़ेनार में पहली बार पशु चिकित्सा एवं जागरूकता शिविर का हुआ आयोजन*

A multipurpose veterinary and awareness camp was organized by the Veterinary Department in the susceptible village Kadenar of the district. This is the first time that a large-scale program was conducted for the treatment of animals in the Gram Panchayat. It is to be known that taking cognizance of the health related problems of animals in Kadenar, social worker Prakash Bagde had informed Collector Pushpendra Kumar Meena in this regard in Jandarshan. Taking cognizance of which, the Collector had directed the officers of the Veterinary Department to conduct a camp at Kadenar for health check-up of the animals. On which Deputy Director Veterinary Services Shishirkant Pandey constituted a team of doctors and directed them to camp in Kadenar. On this, a joint team of Veterinary Hospital Kondagaon and Veterinary Hospital Mardapal under the leadership of in-charge Development Block Veterinary Officer Dr. In this camp, apart from Kadenar, 1017 animals of 75 cattle rearers from nearby gram panchayats like Kilam, Tetum, Kohkameta, Madoda villages have been vaccinated and marked for tagging. Apart from this, samples of sick animals have been collected and sent to the State Level Disease Investigation Laboratory, Raipur for examination. The cattle farmers gathered in the camp were motivated by Dr. Bhumika Shrimali to get artificial insemination done by providing information about various departmental schemes. In this camp, Sarpanch Gram Panchayat Kadenar Shankar Vatti, Sarpanch Gram Panchayat Chema Gangadhar Korram, public representatives Sukhram Poyam, Arun Sethia, Rampat Korram, Dr. Ameesha Netam, Dr. Charlie Porte, Warish Nand, Alok Netam, Hemant, Sanjeet Kumar, Revati Markam and other departments.
