No doubt OBC votes belong to Mulayam, Lalu and like others. Mulayam is playing in the hands of Left and Lalu is happy with Sonia. Fate of Pawar and Shiv Sena in Maharashtra is the same. Pawar is with Congress and Shiv Sena is with BJP.
I am not counting here other pockets Chandra Babu Naidu, Chautala, Mamta Banerjee and others.
DMK and AIDMK
BJP and Congress both have no solid base in South especially in largest province of South Tamil Nadu. Trdition of Tamil voters gives vast majority alternatively to DMK and AIDMK. So in 2009 chance is for Jayalalitha.
Impartial political know that Congress and Left would reduce their present seats of lok Sabha. BJP may increase their seats but can’t dream for getting absolute majority in the Lok Sabha.
Mayawati and Jayalalitha never can dream in near future to be Prime Minister. So, both have greatere chance to bargain for Deputy Prime Minister Post in future.
Eye of Congress is on the votes of Bahujan Samajwadi Party. Like that Mayawati wants to grap the remaining votebank of Congress. Accepting Reservation demand of Gujjars is latest example. Fuel to fire in Raj for votes of quotaism
Few days back parties of Mulayam and Sonia enganzed in the wresting and balloon flying in the Uttar Pradesh assembly hall against the ruling party. Rahul becomes even Bundelkhandi for making Mayawati his enemy.
Willingly or unwillingly Maya and Jaya both have bright chances to be Deputy PM within the premiership of L K Advani.
