Sindhushree Khullar new CAG: Be corrupt and got promotion: UPA Govt. biggest propagandist Congress party of India wants to fight corruption by corruption.

* Rajdeep Sardesai t just tweeted: Another glass ceiling broken? CNN IBN reporting Sindhushree Khullar could be new CAG, first woman to hold the post. #ibnnews

I expanded it to tweet: “CAG vs Khullar, was famous for handling corruption in 2010 Commonwealth Games: The enemy of my enemy is my friend”

Khullar was Secretary in the Ministry of Sports and had come in for criticism from both the CAG and the Shunglu Committee for mishandling the 2010 Commonwealth Games that were best known for large-scale corruption.

Sonia Gandhi through PM Manmohan Singh likely to appoint Sindhushree Khullar as next CAG, because "it does not want another CAG like Vinod Rai, who questioned the government's role in several scams."

This appoint will increase the correction image of Sonia Gandhi led Congress led UPA Govt but CAG will lose its credibility and government after the yesterdays Supreme Court observation wants some relief by this appointment. Next target may be highest Judiciary Authority.

* Please read my tweet of Oct 04, 2012: Congress fights corruption to promote Raja, Kalmadi & defames not only Gujarat, but India to import leadership, FDI pic.twitter.com/L0z7MWKB

There is a probe against the alleged corruption of opposition leaders including and even few Congress leaders but there is no probe against the alleged corruption of Gandhis and Vadra There are probes against the Jagmohan Reddy, Kalmadi, A. Raja also. But later Congress promoted Kalmadi and A.Raja both. If Jaganmohan becomes ready to follow the path of corrupt congress leadership then CIB probe may be dropped against him and may replace the present CM of Andhra!

Now Sindhushree Khullar companion of Kalmadi and who defamed for corruption 2010 Olympic Game, is being promoted.

Khullar, Secretary, Planning Commission, is all set to become the Comptroller and Auditor General  (CAG) of the country  after the present CAG Vinod Rai retires on 22 May. Though Khullar’s name had cropped up in the Commonwealth Games and 2G controversies a powerful lobby in the Union Cabinet is strongly proposing her name, sources say. If appointed this 1975 batch IAS officer will be the first lady to assume the position of CAG.

However, her appointment is expected to generate heated debate as she was summoned last year by the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC), which is investigating the telecom scam.

On December 17, Swamy will explain to the court why he needs to examine two witnesses - HC Awasthi, CBI joint director, and Sindhushree Khullar, former joint secretary in the finance ministry - in connection with the complaint.

Swamy believes their testimonies will be crucial for backing his claim that the then finance minister Chidambaram and A Raja were equally responsible for the 2G scam.

Chit Fund director Sen named Nalin Chidambaram in his letter submitted to CBI but secular media has totally blackout that news as said by Abhishek Singhvi, former spokesperson of Congress Party.

The incumbent CAG Vinod Rai has embarrassed the UPA regime on several occasion by questioning the questioning the government role in several scams like coal gate and 2G.

As reported by Sunday Guardian: The new Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India is likely to be Sindhushree Khullar, a senior bureaucrat whose name cropped up in both the Commonwealth Games and 2G controversies. The present CAG, Vinod Rai retires on 22 May. Khullar, a 1975 batch officer of the Union Territory cadre, is presently posted as Secretary, Planning Commission. If Khullar is appointed, she will be the first woman to assume the position of CAG.

Official sources say that the government does not want another CAG like Vinod Rai, who questioned the government's role in several scams. So the new CAG is being selected with utmost care and the candidature of Khullar, who is overseeing the crucial Direct Benefits Transfer (DBT) scheme in her capacity as Mission Director, is being pushed by a senior Cabinet minister.

Her appointment is expected to generate heated debate as she was summoned last year by the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC), which is investigating the telecom scam. Khullar was the Additional Secretary in the Department of Economic Affairs between April 2007 and November 2008, when the spectrum allocations were made. CPI's Gurudas Dasgupta walked out of one of the 2G JPC meetings in October 2012 accusing Congress member Shashi Tharoor of defending Khullar when she was being questioned.

Last year, Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy, during his arguments to include the name of Finance Minister P. Chidambaram in the 2G scam, had requested the court to include Khullar as a witness.

Khullar was Secretary in the Ministry of Sports and had come in for criticism from both the CAG and the Shunglu Committee for mishandling the 2010 Commonwealth Games that were best known for large-scale corruption.

Bail to Tytler Sajjan but not Jagan Mohan Reddy and Pragya

Reddy, who leads the YSR Congress, has been in jail for nearly a year. Sadhvi Pragya Bharti is being tortured in TADA. Accused in Anti-Sikh Riot 1984 Tytler and Sajjan are free. Now today: Explain why Jag Mohan Reddy should not get bail: SC to CBI.

The apex court has given the CBI time till May 6 to file its response. Jag Mohan Reddy's lawyer quoted a recent news report that said a union minister had suggested that if Reddy agreed to join the Congress, the party his father belonged to, he may be able to "come out of jail."

YSR Reddy, father of Jag Mohan Reddy was not in jail because he was Congress CM of Andhra Pradesh.

Now YSR’s son Jag Mohan Reddy was in Jail on the charges of the corruption originated from YSR as said by CBI. Now some one ask question: Why are Gandhis not being made accused in the mysterious death of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Lal Bahadur Shastri and Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee? Public domain says that Nehru and Indira might be involved at that time.

Reddy, 40, was arrested in Hyderabad for alleged corruption. The CBI says that when his father, YSR Reddy, was chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, he pressured companies to invest in his son's vast business empire. In return, YSR allegedly gave those licenses and clearances necessary for their own companies. YSR died in a helicopter crash in September 2009.

Jag Mohan Reddy says the CBI investigation against him is punishment for him quitting the Congress in 2011 to launch the YSR Congress. In 2011, he declared assets worth Rs.365 crores.

TOI has reported: No other leader in the country as corrupt as Jagan. If there is anyone in the country who deserved to be hanged, it should be Jaganmohan Reddy," the minister observed. His comments invited the wrath of the YSRCP leadership all over the state.

Here I am updating my article of Nov 7, 2012:

Before the Civil War, African Americans were legally denied equal rights and freedoms pursuant to formally valid codes prescribing the relations between master and slave. The same is happening in the Sonia Gandhi’s Congress led UPA government. This government treats Gandhis and Vadra above the probe and others are under the probe.

There is a probe against the alleged corruption of opposition leaders including and even few Congress leaders but there is no probe against the alleged corruption of Gandhis and Vadra.  There are probes against the Jagmohan Reddy, Kalmadi, A. If Jaganmohan becomes ready to follow the path of corrupt congress leadership then CIB probe may be dropped against him and may replace the present CM of Andhra!

Rajamohan Reddy is the son of former CM of Andhra but due to his revolt against the Congress he is being punished by the CBI. CBI probes alleged disproportionate wealth case on Y S Jaganmohan Reddy but CBI can’t do the same with Vadra.

(Reuters) - The Indian government ruled out an inquiry into allegations of improper dealings between the son-in-law of India's most powerful politician, Sonia Gandhi, and property developer DLF Ltd, even as the firm's shares plunged on the claims.

Romelila: Magic of grabbing Rs 1600 crores plus from 50 lakhs?

Perhaps they feel that they are masters due to their birth link with Italy and Scotland. The British also felt the same and still racism is there in their blood.   From where Vadra and Rahul hired their CORRUPTION-GUIDE

Before the Civil War, African Americans were legally denied equal rights and freedoms pursuant to formally valid codes prescribing the relations between master and slave. Even though these codes were de jure fully suitable for application in legal practice, yet their enforcement by the then U.S. government de facto violated basic human rights of a significant part of the population. William H. Seward famously proclaimed that slavery is forbidden under "a higher law than the Constitution."

Generally speaking, the occurrence of such "justly enacted unjust laws" fully depends on the stance taken by the country's political leadership towards the rule of law principle.

In some countries, the political leaders assert that the rule of law is purely a procedural concept. Therefore, they argue that any government may strip its subjects of their fundamental freedoms or infringe their vital interests so long as this is done by way of a duly implemented legal mechanism. For example, at the Nuremberg trials, in an attempt to justify their crimes against Jewish and Romany population of Europe during World War II, some of the former leaders of Nazi Germany argued that they had broken none of the laws effective when Hitler had been in power. It was only by invoking the rule according to a higher law that the Allied prosecutors were able to legitimately overcome such defenses.

In other countries, conversely, the political leaders assert that all written laws must be kept in line with the universal principles of morality, fairness, and justice. These leaders argue that, as a necessary corollary to the axiom that "no one is above the law," the rule of law requires the government to treat all persons equally under the law. However, the proclaimed right to equal treatment is susceptible to instantly becoming void each time the government denies a sufficient level of respect, dignity, and autonomy to a certain class of individuals or to human rights in general." Therefore, the unwritten and universally self-explanatory principles of equality, autonomy, dignity, and respect are said to overrule conventional written laws enacted by the government. It is these principles that are often referred to as "natural law." They also constitute the basis of the "higher law theory."
