Are Maya Mulayam not caged parrots who forget to fly from the UPA’s Cage?

A packed New Delhi courtroom sat in rapt silence this week as an irate Supreme Court judge denounced the elite Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) as a "caged parrot" and "its master's voice". So it is being called ‘Congress Bureau of Investigation’. But in my opinion the same is happening with the allies of UPA also. Maya and Mulayam both has already become ‘caged parrot’ and both becomes ‘Its masters voice means Sonia Gandhi’s voice’. They are criticizing the policies and deeds of the UPA government but can’t dare to withdraw their outside support to the UPA. Both forget to fly.

The Supreme Court judge's statement gave, for the first time, an authoritative voice to opposition complaints that for years the Congress-led government had been using the investigating agency to cover up wrongdoing, keep fickle coalition allies in line and political opponents at bay.

The fraud of Government of CBI has come before the Supreme Court. But tragedy is that nobody will be in jail. Further Government UPA policy is “Be corrupt and get promotion”.

KEY ALLY RUNNING SCARED: has become caged patriot

Opposition parties accuse Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's Congress - which rules as part of a minority coalition - of dirty tricks to bully powerful but capricious regional parties to help keep it in power and support it on key parliamentary votes.

It is said that nominally the CBI is independent. But administrative control is with the Department of Personnel and Training, which falls under the prime minister's office. On operational matters, the agency has a number of masters, including the courts and the anti-graft Central Vigilance Commission.

"We have never, never misused our authority or position for the purpose of arm-twisting any of our alliances. The CBI has been functioning independently," Minister of State for Personnel V. Narayanasamy told the media recently.

Why  is Mulayam ‘mulayam’ to give outside support to UPA?

A key ally of the government, Mulayam Singh Yadav, whose Samajwadi Party provides crucial support to the coalition in parliament, said in April he was at the mercy of the CBI, which is investigating him for allegedly amassing wealth disproportionate to his income.

"It's not easy to fight with the government. It has a thousand hands and can use the CBI and put one in jail," complained Yadav, whose party rules Uttar Pradesh, which has a population of 200 million. The CBI investigation into the source of Yadav's wealth, launched in 2007, is still ongoing.

Sonia Ki Maya: CBI Kaa Jaal

Mulayam Yadav is not alone. The CBI is investigating similar allegations involving Mayawati, the leader of the Bahujan Samaj Party, another Uttar Pradesh party on whom the government relies heavily for support in parliament.

The main opposition, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), has alleged that the government used the threat of the CBI investigation to force Mayawati to back a controversial proposal to open up the country's retail sector to foreign investors even though she is on record as being opposed to it.

Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has found a long list of disproportionate assets worth Rs 8.77 crore and Rs 7.36 crore of unaccounted money along with several crores of investment in the stock market of Bahujan Samaj Party BSP supremo, Mayawati.

Since the early 90s till 2003, Mayawati had only declared assets worth Rs 1.11 crore in her income tax returns. Now, documents available with CNN-IBN show that assets only in her own name are a whopping 300 per cent more than her declared income and the assets belonging to her relatives - which have now been linked to her - is 700 per cent more.

There is agricultural land worth Rs 1.9 crore in her name alone in Bulandshahar. CBI sources say that land records were doctored. The records show that Mayawati bought all these from her father.

Along with this, there is a long list of benami properties worth Rs 8.81 crore in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal - bought between 1995 and 2003 in the name of her father, mother, brother, sister-in-law and a host of other relatives.

Sources say that Mayawati is the de-facto beneficiary of all these properties as she had the power-of-attorney in her name.

There is Rs 2,27,94,533 - unaccounted for money - that has been stashed in account number 9195 of Union Bank of India's Motibagh branch in New Delhi.

Mayawati also has Rs 23,45,539 in account number 01190/526277 in the State Bank of India branch inside Parliament building.

In addition to this her relatives have 51 bank accounts in Uttar Pradesh and Delhi - all linked to her. These accounts together have Rs 4.84 crore stashed in them.

Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) party, pulled out of the government in March 2013, CBI agents raided the home of a party leader, ostensibly in connection with a tax evasion case. Sword of CBI is on DMK’s head. So Karunanidh can’t dare to O.K. the downfall of UPA Government.

Black humor comedians in Kernataka: Sibbal follows Trinity of Congress

Telecom Minister Kapil Sibal today May 3, 2013 sought to indulge in “black humor” vis-a-vis the ruling BJP government in poll-bound Karnataka, but appeared to be “stumped” when asked to do so targeting the Congress-led UPA. Actually Kapil Sibbal follows his Trinity of Congress party. Congress leaders are in the role of comedians of black humor in Karnataka.

Speaking to reporters here two days before the 5 May Assembly poll, Kapil Sibal sought to mock at the BJP government which he joked has given rise to “new terminology” like “Laboratory for Corruption” for LOC, “Corruption Made Easy” for CME and “Yeddyurruption”, referring to former Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa who had faced corruption charges.

But when a reporter sought to know from him terminology for 2G and Commonwealth Games scams, he was evasive.

“I can’t be indulging in black humour against myself”, he said, with a chuckle, evoking peals of laughter at the press conference.

Meanwhile, on a serious note, he slammed the BJP for “stalling” proceedings of Parliament, accusing the main opposition party of making “disruption in Parliament a part of Parliamentary strategy”.

Bad governance, sloppy work, corruption have slowed growth in Karnataka: Manmohan Singh: People feel that PM is saying about the corruption of UPA Govt.

Actually Kapil Sibbal adopted the black humor of his trinity boss of Congress party::

Karnataka polls: BJP is neck-deep in corruption, alleges Sonia Gandhi in Bangalore. But few women are only to hear her. Chairs are empty as shown here in bottom picture.

Indianexpress published the truth in its article titled: Empty chairs at Sonia rally: Warning signal for her party

Deccan Herald publishe: The Congress Supremo Sonia Gandhi, during her last leg of campaigning lashed out at the BJP government in the State, accusing it of betraying people’s mandate and misusing huge funds released by the Centre for the State’s development in the last five years.

Sonia Gandhi and her follower thinks that central fund means the fund of 10 Jan Path. They forget that central fund is the property of the tax-payee people of the country.

A black comedy, or dark comedy, is a comic work that employs black humor, which, in its most basic definition, is humor that makes light of otherwise solemn subject matter, or gallows humor. The definition of black humor is problematic; it has been argued that it corresponds to the earlier concept of gallows humor.

In black humor, topics and events that are usually regarded as taboo, specifically those related to death, are treated in an unusually humorous or satirical manner while retaining their seriousness; the intent of black comedy, therefore, is often for the audience to experience both laughter and discomfort, sometimes simultaneously.

There are hundred and hundred movies on the black humor.

Richard Thomas Condon (March 18, 1915 in New York City, New York – April 9, 1996 in Dallas, Texas) was a prolific and popular American political novelist whose satiric works were generally presented in the form of thrillers or semi-thrillers. More than being particularly clever genre works, however, all 26 books were written in a style nearly always instantly recognizable as Condon's, while their focus was almost always obsessively directed at monetary greed and political corruption. Fast-moving and easily accessible, they generally combined elements of political satire, bare-knuckled outrage at the greed and corruption of those in power, and were written with extravagant characterizations and a uniquely sparkling and frequently humorous style. Condon himself once said: "Every book I've ever written has been about abuse of power. I feel very strongly about that. I'd like people to know how deeply their politicians wrong them."
