Now Jaganmohan Reddy lauded Modi and endorsed “Congress Mukt Bhatat”
Modi becomes Ajatshatru in Andhra for TDP and YSR Congress both
Political moves can often misfire if not taken after doing proper home work. After IPS officer Asif Ibrahim, latest two examples of today Sept 20, 2013 are going jail of RJD chief Lalu and in a surprising move,YSR Congress president Jaganmohan Reddy lauded BJP’s Prime Ministerial candidate’s administrative acumen.
Chandrababu Naidu’s O K to “Congress Mukt Bharat”After Jayalalitha of AIDMK now slogan of Navin Patnaik of BJD and Chandrababu Naidu of TDP has become “Congress Mukt Bharat”. Neither Jayalalitha and Chandrababu Naidu nor Navin Patnaik have allergy with Narendra Modi.
In his first press meet after he came out of jail, Jaganmohan Reddy President of YSR Congress said, “I have a lot of respect for Modi’s administrative capabilities. Why can’t he practice a secular, inclusive politics and bring the entire opposition together”?
Jaganmohan Reddy President of YSR Congress said in his first address after getting bail, “I have appreciation for Modi as an administrator. I want peace with development. Want him (Modi) to bring all parties on a secular platform.”
Even though, Jagan maintained that his party is going to polls alone and would tie up with only a secular front at the Centre, his public admiration of Modi is leading to speculations over a possible Jagan – NDA tie-up, if the NDA manages to come to power.
Attacking the ruling Congress, he said, “Congress is playing politics for votes. It is dividing the state. How will the water sharing woes, employment and the issue of Hyderabad be resolved”? Dismissing the reports on his secret deal with the Congress, he said, “Instead of striking a deal with the Congress for my freedom, I would rather be in jail”.
Hitting out at the Congress leadership he said that there was a conspiracy against him. He expressed fears over AP losing revenue in case of a division of the state. He said, “If we divide Hyderabad, then the people won’t even get salaries, because, half of the income comes from there”. He promised to contribute to the development of united Andhra Pradesh.
He sarcastically said “Congress is dividing the state to gain votes. The TDP isn’t doing anything for the fear of losing votes”.
Political moves can often misfire if not taken after doing proper home work. IPS offier Asif Ibrahim was made the first ever Muslim director of the Central Intelligence Bureau by the Congress- led UPA Government last November ostensibly with an eye on Muslim vote in its race for minority votes with the likes of Mulayam Singh and his Sarmjwadi Party. It was supposed to be a message to the India’s Muslim leaders who command their community votes: “Look, We have made a Muslim the Central IB head, something which no Government of Independent India including those of Pandit Nehru and Sonia Gandhi had ever done”. Union Home Minister Sushilkurmr Shinde even said so after lbrahim’s appointment.
IB Chief Nationalist Ibrahim in the line of Missile ManNational Security is being stabbed by the vote bank politicians’ government. After former President APJ Kalam now IB Chief Asif Ibrahim becomes the model for Muslims as Nationalist instead of being to be the chess pawn of vote bank politics. Is Pragya Bharti model of self defense for women or Ishrat Suicide bomber in the line of Dhanu? Great Patriots Asif Ibrahim and APJ Kalam should be the model for Indian Muslims instead of ………
YSR Congress president Jaganmohan Reddy on Thursday moved swiftly towards stealing a march over the other political parties on the united Andhra issue. The series of steps decided upon to achieve this included ‘exposing’ the Congress and TDP and launching a campaign to have the state assembly pass a resolution against the creation of Telangana before the Union cabinet passes the note on state bifurcation.
As part of the strategy to expose the other political parties caught in the Seemandhra quagmire, Jagan on Thursday threw in his lot with the APNGOs which has so far kept away the other political parties on the grounds that their elected representatives are not quitting their posts. The YSR Congress chief wanted the striking e mployees to submit a letter to President Pranab Mukherjee opposing the division of the state and offered to be the first signatory after which he wanted them to corner the heads of other political parties including the Congress and TDP to sign the same if they were sincere that the state should remain united.
Apart from APNGOs, Jagan is believed to have roped in several employee unions belonging to APSRTC, NGOs, revenue and treasury departments to take part in the signature campaign to ‘expose’ the Congress and TDP. “This is very good gesture. We will certainly ask other political parties to sign the letter and we welcome the commitment for the united state shown by Jagan,” said Seemandhra employees’ union leaders.
To precipitate matters further, Jagan sent a delegation of party leaders to the CPM office on Thursday and requested them to take an active part in the struggle against the division of the state. Party senior leaders MV Mysura Reddy, J Prabhakar Rao and YV Subba Reddy were closeted with CPM state secretary BV Raghavulu for more than an hour. Leaders belonging to both the parties later told the media that they discussed a possible joint struggle for keeping the state united.
To further corner the state ministers, Jagan’s camp on Thursday launched a fresh attack. Animal husbandry minister Pinepe Viswaroop submitted a fresh resignation letter to the governor. Viswaroop had earlier submitted his papers to the chief minister. Viswaroop’s son has already joined the YSRCP and it is only a matter of time before he too walks out of the Congress, the sources said.
The special CBI court here on Monday allowed YSR Congress chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, an accused in a corruption case, to visit Kadapa district to pay homage at the ‘samadhi’ of his father, the late Y S Rajasekhara Reddy.
However, the court did not allow him to visit Guntur district, where he was to participate in a farmer’s meet organised by his party in support of united Andhra Pradesh cause on October 4.
Jagan, who was released from jail after getting bail in the case on September 24, had sought permission to visit his father’s grave at Idupulapaya on October 1 and 2.
While granting him bail on September 23, the court had asked the Kadapa MP not to leave Hyderabad without its permission.
He is not to address any public meeting during his visit to Idupulapaya, nor can he go anywhere else, the court said today.
Jagan, as the MP is popularly known, also wanted to visit Guntur on Oct 4 to address a public meeting to launch his campaign in Seemandhra (Rayalaseema and coastal Andhra) against Congress party’s decision to bifurcate the state.
After spending nearly 16 months in jail in a disproportionate assets case, the young leader walked out of jail Tuesday. The CBI court, which granted him conditional bail, has directed him not to leave Hyderabad without court’s permission.
Reddy, who leads the YSR Congress, has been in jail for nearly a 18 months. Sadhvi Pragya Bharti is beingtortured in TADA. Accused in Anti-Sikh Riot 1984 Tytler and Sajjan are free. Now today: Explain why Jag Mohan Reddy should not get bail: SC to CBI.
2014 Lok Sabha Electoion will be fought by CBI Clone of Congress to remind EmergencyTowards the middle of his speech, BJP Prime Ministerial Candidate Narendra Modi on Sept 25 at BJP’s Karyakarta Mahakumbh asks “Are you preparing for the elections? But, let me warn you, the polls in MP, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Delhi and Lok Sabha will not be fought by the Congress. They will be fought by the CBI, employed by the Congress. Congress lacks the strength to defeat the BJP so they have put CBI in field”
