May recession be reason for not fulfilling the seats of computer, IT, Electronic etc in the engineering colleges of different places? If yes then why attraction is not less towards cricket?

I wondered to know that item girls and DJ parties are going on in the capital of Chhattisgarh by the private engineering colleges to attract the students especially village cultured students. Invitations are sent to them for enjoying the celebrity-parties. One this type of party organized in the city’s one big hotel. Students, teaching staff and organizers enjoyed full day the dance and music of three famous celebrities of Bollywood. These celebrities publicized the engineering college and in recess told the specialties of the college. Students and their parents were taken up to the counseling place.
This model of IPL, Kiss kissa, Hollywood sex in sky and land and dance parties in the election period has become in the education field also which is facing famine.
The above like subjects use celebrities to feel good. The celebrities use these fields to stay in the headlines to shine themselves. Bollywood celebrities dance and cheerleading girls do the jig for attraction students.
Is this healthy sign towards right to education?
