The Minister for Women and Child Development and Social Welfare, Mrs Anila Bhendia said that our Divyang brothers and sisters should not underestimate themselves in any situation from other people of the society. God has bestowed the Divyangs with immense talent. God has given every person some merits along with some shortcomings. Due to their hard work and dedication, our handicapped people are raising the flag of success today. Smt. Bhendia was expressing her words on the occasion of the inauguration of the state’s first Divyang Swavalamban Kendra at the Divyang Ashram Home “Gharaunda” run by the Social Welfare Department, located at Kurmipara, near Purana Hospital, District Headquarters Balod. Minister Smt. Bhendia was present in the program as the chief guest. He congratulated and congratulated the persons with disabilities and the people of the district present on the inauguration of the first Divyang Swavalamban Kendra in the district headquarter Balod. Sanjari-Balod MLA Smt. Sangeeta Sinha, Municipal Council Balod President Shri Vikas Chopra, District Panchayat member Smt. Chandraprabha Sudhakar and other public representatives were present. Mrs. Bhendia informed about the work being done by the state government for the welfare of the differently-abled Giving it said that Chhattisgarh Government is working to make all sections of the society as well as Divyangs self-reliant and self-reliant. He said that the Social Welfare Department, Chhattisgarh Government is ensuring all possible measures to make the differently-abled self-reliant and lead a dignified life in the society. He said that the first self-reliance center of Chhattisgarh, which was launched today at district headquarter Balod, would prove to be very beneficial for our differently abled. Through this self-reliance center, Divyangjan after taking training according to their interest will be able to become self-reliant and live respectfully in the society. On this occasion, he wished for the bright future of the Divyangjans and congratulated them. MLA Smt. Sangeeta Sinha described the establishment of the first self-help center of the state at the district headquarter Balod as a great gift to the people of the district, for this Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel and the society He thanked the Welfare Minister Smt.
