Keeping in mind the Containment Zone and public facilities, the order has been circulated again today, superseding the earlier order by Collector and District Magistrate Nileshkumar Kshirsagar. In the order issued by the Collector, the following activities are allowed to be conducted. Private construction work will be allowed conditionally. It will be mandatory for the workers to wear masks, physical distancing, use of sanitizers regularly and strictly follow the guidelines of Kovid-19. Permission to operate shops related to construction material and tarpaulin (plastic sheet) can be done from 08 am to 06 pm. All types of permanent and temporary shops, shopping malls, business establishments, all shops, gum, super market, super market, fruit and vegetable market, cereal market, showroom, club, wine shops, salons, beauty parlors, spas, parks and gyms. Will be open till 06 PM (Except Sundays). Matrimonial programs will be allowed to be organized in residence-house and hotel-restaurant on the condition of strict adherence to Kovid-19 protocol. According to the order of the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, the total maximum number of persons attending the event will be 50. Similarly, the maximum number of persons who will be involved in the funeral, dashagatra etc. death program will be 20. During any one event in Hotel Hall, hall, the capacity of the marriage hall, including all the parties, will be limited to a maximum of 50 persons, subject to a 50 percent limit, whose list will be maintained by the marriage hall operator. It will be mandatory to wear a mask and strictly follow the physical distressing during the event. All offices under Gariaband district will open as before. All the first and second class officers will be present regularly in the government office. But the subordinate employees will be present with 50% rotation as prescribed by the Head of Office. The Deputy Registrar offices will operate with the same token/online system as before with the necessary staff. All hospitals, medical shops, clinics and veterinary hospitals will be allowed to operate in their stipulated time. Medical shop operators will give priority to home delivery of medicines for patients. Strict adherence to masks and physical distancing will be mandatory. Action will be taken to impose penalty and seal the shop for 30 days as per the rules, if any shop is collected in violation of physical distancing or violating the instructions issued by the state government office. Hotels, restaurants and clubs will be open till 10 pm. Outside dining will also be allowed. But not more than 50 percent of the seating capacity will be allowed in the dining hall and room. Hotels, restaurants will prefer home delivery and take-away over online telephonic orders. The maximum time of delivery from club-restaurants, hotels and restaurants will remain till 10 pm. The hotel will allow use of hotel kitchen/own restaurants for in-house guests. Petrol pumps, gas agencies and medical shops will be able to open for the full time period. But gas agencies will give priority to home delivery of cylinders to customers through telephonic or online orders. Government fair price shops will be allowed to open from 08 am to 05 pm. The token system will be allowed to open, subject to strict adherence to the condition of not allowing masks, physical distancing, regular sanitization and no congestion within the stipulated time period. It will be mandatory to keep masks for free distribution/sales in all the operated shops/establishments and to keep sanitizers for the use of the employees and customers working in the shop. It will be necessary for all the persons involved in the home delivery system to undergo a Kovid-19 test at regular intervals, as well as wearing a mask during home delivery and strictly following physical distancing. Night lockdown will be in force every day from 06 PM to 06 AM, during which home delivery from hotels/restaurants and loading/un-loading of bulk goods/warehouses/cargo/fruits/vegetables will be allowed within the stipulated time period. Except for emergency movement, all other activities will be banned. A complete lockdown will be observed on every Sunday, during which only hospitals, clinics, medical shops, petrol pumps and government fair price shops, LPG, pet shops, newspapers, milk/fruits and other permitted goods/services will be allowed during the period prescribed by this order. Only the operation of home delivery will be allowed. During the journey in emergency, maximum 03 persons including driver will be allowed in 04 wheelers, maximum 03 including driver in auto and maximum 02 persons in two wheelers. It is expected from the general public that they must follow social distancing while wearing a mask, while exiting and leaving the house only when it is absolutely necessary. Use of dual masks is required in crowded areas. This order will not be applicable to the office collector, superintendent of police, chief medical and health officer and all the subordinate offices, subdivisional magistrates, tehsils, hospitals, police stations and police posts. Apart from this, officers related to law and order and health service, electricity, drinking water supply and municipal services including cleaning, disposal of sewage and waste, etc. and the officials concerned with the operation of fire services are also provided to the employees.
