Collector Saurabh Kumar informed that today Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel inaugurated development works in the district and performed Bhoomi Pujan. In this episode, today Chief Minister Shri Baghel laid the foundation stone of 41 works under Raipur district, in which 33 road works whose total length is 247.76 km. and the cost is Rs.258.44 crore. With their construction, the residents of about 100 nearby villages will get easy transport facility to come to the district headquarters. He said that while progressing in the field of education, the foundation stone of four buildings was laid today. Whose cost is 14 crore 46 lakh rupees. In the same vein, today the foundation stone of 4 buildings with DMF item costing Rs 42 lakh was laid. In these buildings, training kitchen for colorful bird rearing, fruit vegetable processing, linseed/sesame/mustard oil extracting machine is to be set up. Bhoomi Pujan worth Rs 23387 crore was done on 13 June 2021. This mainly included the work of Chief Minister’s ambitious scheme Mukhyamantri Sugam Sadak Yojana, under which all government buildings like Anganwadi, sub-health center, school etc. have to be connected with pucca roads and this work is to be given to the youth unemployment of Chhattisgarh, so that they become self-reliant. On this occasion, the works which were inaugurated and Bhoomi Pujan in the West Vidhan Sabha of Raipur district, the cost of construction of road including bridge-culvert from Yaduvanshi Chowk to Jarwai-Attari road along the canal under Hirapur Jarwai (work year 2020-21) cost Rs 286.35, Widening from Pahari Chowk to Over Bridge via Ambedkar Chowk, construction of 4 lanes, length 1.75 km. The cost is Rs 871.08. The total sum of which is Rs 1157.43. In the rural assembly of district-Raipur, the road from Mana High School to New Basti, widening and strengthening work, length 0.80 km. Cost Rs 83.72 lakh, Asphaltization work on Mana, Boriyakala, Sejbahar, Datrenga road length 6.40 km. Cost Rs 284.64 lakh, Devpuri-Amlidih road, length 2.00 kms. Length of 2.30 Km. The cost is Rs.992.22 lakhs, which totals to Rs.1360.58 lakhs. In the North Vidhan Sabha of Raipur, Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Central Library, Shankar Nagar, Raipur, additional building construction and decoration cost Rs.300 lakh. Similarly, in Raipur South Vidhan Sabha, Binny Bai Sonkar Higher Secondary located in Bhatagaon Raipur under Swami Atmanand English Medium School. The cost of upgradation and construction of the school is Rs. 556 lakhs, Government New College, Bhatagaon, construction work cost Rs. 465.84 lakhs, totaling Rs. 1021.84 lakhs. The widening and strengthening work of Chataud, Chandkhuri, Mohadi road of Arang Vidhan Sabha is 4 km long. (Work year 2020-21) cost Rs 690.43 lakh, Chandkhuri, Mungi Marg to Pacheda (Disha College) road, length 3 km (7.50) (2nd supplementary year 2020-21) cost Rs 378.25 lakh, Mandir Hasaud to Chandkhuri Road widening and strengthening length 10.40 km Cost Rs 3624 lakh, Baktra to Nakta road widening work, length 5 km cost Rs 783.10 lakh, Arang, Kalai, Khamtrai, Bhothali, Akolikala, Gukhera road upgradation and renovation work, length 9.85 km. Cost Rs 449.93 lakh, Village-Chhatuna internal CC approach road, length 1.49 km. Cost Rs 205.96 lakhs, from village Odka on Tamasivani-Arang main road to Pandhi via Akolikhurd, length 5 kms. Cost Rs.558.84 lakhs, Village Orka to Village Borid access road, length 1.75 kms. 187.16 lakh including bridge-culvert, construction work of Nariara-Doma road, length 2.50 km. The cost is Rs.398.89 lakhs out of which the total cost is Rs.7276.56 lakhs. Widening and strengthening work of Dondekala-Pacheda road of Dharsiwa assembly, length 3.40 km. Including culverts (work year 2019-20) cost Rs 732.80 lakh, Mangsa-Pathari road, length 3.60 km. The widening and strengthening work (work year 2021-22) cost Rs 1139.56 lakh, Tarra to Pathri road, length 5 km. The cost of widening and strengthening of Rs.1741.90 lakh, CCI, Mandhar, Pathri Basti access road from Pathri main road, length 1.95 km. Cost Rs.510.33 Lakh,Saragaon-Deori Marg, Km. 1/2 to 3/10, 4/2 to 6/10,7/2 to 8/10 = 8.00 km Upgradation and Renovation (working year 2020-21) cost Rs.841.52 lakh with total cost of Rs.4966.11 lakh. Tivaraiya-Raita-Kirna road of Balodabazar assembly under district Raipur, km. 4, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16 to 19 = 9 km. Upgradation and renovation (working year 2020-21) cost Rs 1204.96 lakh, construction work of Hathband, Silpatti, Ninwa access road, length 7 km. including bridge-culvert (work year 2020-21) cost Rs 998.76 lakh, widening and asphaltization work of Kohka College approach road of Tilda-Nevra, length 2 km.
