Nurul Haq, a resident of Bangladesh, came to India a few years ago and not only became an Indian citizen on the basis of fake documents. In fact, he changed his entire biodata. Bangladeshi citizen Nurul Haq changed his Hindu name to Narayan Adhikari on the basis of fake documents. Also he became a Hindu from a Muslim.

Police claim that Noorul Haq, a resident of Bangladesh, got voter card, Aadhar card and PAN card made for him with the help of fake documents. Nurul Haq of Bangladesh came to India and changed his name and started living in Kajipara of Duttpukur in North 24 Parganas district for many years. Following the unrest in Bangladesh, West Bengal Police has increased surveillance in the border areas to identify illegal infiltrators.

Meanwhile, the district police got information from secret sources about a person named Narayan Adhikari. During interrogation, it was revealed that Narayan works in fish farming in North 24 Parganas. He has been living in a rented house for the last few years. State agencies were keeping an eye on landlord Rafiqul Islam and Narayan Adhikari. During this, it was revealed that not only Narayan but also his landlord Rafiqul is a Bangladeshi citizen and had infiltrated into India a few years ago. After coming to India, he made fake Aadhar card and PAN card, bought land and built his house. Local people know Rafiqul as a private doctor of the area. On confirmation about the suspected Bangladeshi nationals, the police raided Rafiqul’s house on Sunday.

Police are interrogating both the intruders and trying to find out how fake documents were made for them and who helped them. It is learned that Noorul Haq was living in Rafiqul Islam’s house for more than three and a half years. On Sunday, both the accused were presented in Barasat court. Both were sent to police custody for 14 days.
