Chhattisgarh News: Prateek Chauhan, Raipur/Korba. A major accident was averted in Korba district of Chhattisgarh on Saturday. The Bilaspur-Korba MEMU train reached the coal mine due to the wrong Singnal, after which there was a stir. Before reaching inside the ten siding, the loco pilot put emergency brake. Two officers are being asked to take action in the case.
According to sources, MEMU, at ten o’clock in the morning, leaves from Bilaspur and reaches Korba at around 11.30 am. Leave from Korba to Gevra. The same train leaves Gavra at 1.10 am and comes to Korba and leaves Korba for Bilaspur at 1.30 pm. On Saturday morning, when the train left Korba for Gavarrod railway station, instead of Gevra station, he entered the Kamka Siding (New Kusmunda coal loading point). The new Kusmunda siding between Korba and Gevra station is called the lower siding, where coal is loaded in the goods trains through the cello. Suddenly, instead of the railway station, there was a stir in the department due to the entry of the train in the coal siding and the top officers came into action when they got information.
At present, there have been reports of suspension on two officers for this incident, but information has not been received where he was posted.

According to sources, this happened due to any kind of error regarding line clearance and the news of suspension of the station master is also coming by the railway administration while fixing the responsibility for this incident.
Passengers confused
After seeing coal and freight train all around, passengers also got into confusion. At first it felt that the train was running on the right track. But as soon as the train stopped in the coal loading side, all the passengers were shocked. The train stood on the track for about an hour, after which the department took action. As soon as the department got information, the department immediately decided to call the train back to Korba.
