Laxmikant Bansod, Balod. In Balod district of Chhattisgarh, a heartbreaking accident occurred in the early hours of Monday morning. In fact, on National Highway 30, the passenger bus of Mahendra Travels coming from Jagdalpur to Raipur collided in a parked truck. A fierce collision caused a shout among the bus passengers. One passenger died on the spot, while 8 people are said to be injured. This tragic accident took place near Ara Petrol Pump in Purur police station area.

According to the information, the bus of Mahendra Travels (CG 04PW 5480) was coming from Jagdalpur to Raipur. The incident is reported to be around 4 am. All the passengers were in light sleep, when the bus suddenly collided with a truck parked on the road. The collision was so tremendous that the bus flew away. A passenger died on the spot. After the information, the police also reached the spot. Those injured in the accident were sent to Dhamtari District Hospital.
