Raipur. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai has said that the officers or employees concerned will be held responsible for the error in the revenue records. If an officer’s login has been incorrect entry, strict action will be taken against him. The Chief Minister gave this clear instructions in a review meeting held under Good Governance Tihar in Raigad. He told the officials that the people do not break the trust of the administration due to the error in the land, farming, or other documents, for this it is necessary to make the revenue system accountable. He directed that the Revenue Officer should keep special monitoring on the error improvement work.
In the meeting, the Chief Minister expressed displeasure over the long -term incomplete of the Lat Nala Irrigation Project and directed to complete it soon. Also asked to complete all the projects pending under the Atal Irrigation Scheme on priority. The Chief Minister also directed to lift the ban on land registry in 26 villages under Gomarda sanctuary area.
Chief Minister Sai asked the officials to make regular tour to rural areas so that small problems could be solved immediately. He clarified that now the districts have become smaller, in such a situation, officials take time out and reach more and more villages. The Chief Minister directed that farmers should not have any kind of trouble in raising fertilizer and seeds. In view of the possible shortage of DAP, farmers should be informed on alternative measures. He also asked to motivate farmers for change of crop cycle.
Referring to pre -monsoon preparations, the Chief Minister instructed to keep sufficient amount of antivenum medicines in hospitals to deal with snakebite. In order to prevent diseases like dengue and jaundice in the Raigad Municipal Corporation area, the Municipal Corporation and Administration were asked to be vigilant. Taking seriously the complaints of illegal liquor in the plains, the Chief Minister directed strict action. He stated the need for special monitoring to prevent illegal movement of liquor in the border areas adjoining Odisha.
In the meeting, topics like silk production, improvement in ground water level, tourism development, road repair and publicity of Jan Aushadhi Kendras were also discussed in detail. The Chief Minister said that we are all public representatives and officers of the public and public welfare should be our highest priority.
