The much-awaited film starring Suriya and Trisha Krishnan, directed by RJ Balaji, has been officially titled ‘Karuppu’. This marks the reunion of the beloved Tamil cinema pair after two decades. The title and first-look poster were revealed on RJ Balaji’s birthday by Dream Warrior Pictures. The poster showcases Suriya in an intense look. The film features a strong ensemble cast including Sshivada, Swasika, Yogi Babu, Indrans, and Natty Subramanium. Sai Abhaynkkar is the music composer. The film is written and directed by RJ Balaji, with Rathna Kumar as co-writer. ‘Karuppu’ is a significant project for Suriya, who is also working on another film with director Venky Atluri alongside Mamita Baiju.
