Tragedy struck Rath Yatra celebrations in Odisha as two individuals lost their lives in separate incidents. In Ganjam district, a young man was fatally injured after falling under the wheels of a chariot during the procession at Shikula village. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries at a hospital. In Bhadrak district, a minor boy died when a DJ vehicle overturned during the festivities in Anaharapur village. The local authorities have deployed police to maintain order in the area following the incidents.
