The Chhattisgarh BJP is organizing a three-day Chintan Shivir (thought camp) in Mainpat from July 7 to 9. BJP National President JP Nadda will inaugurate the event, while Union Home Minister Amit Shah will attend the closing session. The camp will be attended by the state’s Chief Minister, all ministers, MLAs, and MPs.
Special accommodation arrangements have been made for ministers and MLAs. Almost all hotels and resorts in Mainpat have been booked for the camp. Four rooms at the Circuit House are reserved for the Chief Minister, while the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly will stay at the Forest Department guest house.
The camp will focus on training and organizational discussions. National Joint Organization Secretary Vijay Prakash, State in-charge Nitin Naveen, and other organizational officials will participate. For three days, ministers, MPs, and MLAs will receive in-depth training on organizational direction, administrative coordination, and policy formulation. The Chintan Shivir will commence on July 7 at 8 am and conclude on July 9 at 12 pm. The administration is also prepared, with the Sarguja Collector, SP, and Sitapur MLA inspecting the camp site. The event follows a successful Chintan Shivir in Pachmarhi, Madhya Pradesh. This camp is expected to play a crucial role in shaping the organizational and political direction of the Chhattisgarh BJP and preparing a roadmap for the 2028 assembly elections.
