Union Minister Nitin Gadkari inaugurated the Rehla Four-lane road and laid the foundation stones for two national highway projects in Garhwa, Jharkhand. The total value of the projects is ₹2460 crore. The inauguration was attended by several dignitaries, including Jharkhand’s Finance Minister Radhakrishna Kishore and MP Vishnu Dayal Ram. Gadkari was received at Ranchi Airport by Union Minister of State for Defence Sanjay Seth and BJP state president Babulal Marandi before proceeding to Garhwa. After the Garhwa event, Gadkari will return to Ranchi to inaugurate the Ratu Road Elevated Corridor, which cost ₹558 crore. He will also address a public gathering at the OTC ground. Gadkari will also review NH projects with officials at Hotel Radisson Blu and give necessary guidelines on transport issues. He is scheduled to depart from the airport at 6:45 PM.
