A shocking incident has come to light in Khukhra village, under the Bero police station area of Ranchi, Jharkhand, where a 70-year-old man was subjected to a brutal act of humiliation. Accused of molesting a woman, the elderly man was first beaten mercilessly with sticks by five individuals. Following the assault, he was forced to lick spit in public. A video of the assault and the forced act was recorded and has since gone viral on social media. The incident has prompted outrage and raised serious concerns about the safety and dignity of the elderly.
Following the incident, the victim, identified as Afinader Sahu, has filed a case against Vijendra, Rambhajan Singh, Prakash Singh, Jitendra Singh, and Prakash. The police have registered a case and initiated an investigation. According to police reports, a counter-complaint has also been filed by the other party involved. Authorities have arrested one of the accused and are conducting raids to apprehend the remaining suspects. The police have assured that they will swiftly arrest the other individuals involved and take appropriate action.
