A shocking incident has occurred in Bhanupratappur, Kanker district, where a young man murdered his grandfather by slitting his throat with a blade. The accused, Kane Sing Kange, has been arrested and imprisoned. The motive behind the heinous crime was the grandson’s belief that his grandfather had performed black magic on him, resulting in his inability to have children for six years. This superstition led him to commit the murder. The police presented the accused in the Bhanupratappur court, and he was subsequently sent to jail. According to SDOP Sher Singh Thakur, the accused has been apprehended, and further investigation is underway.
