The Indian Army neutralized three terrorists in an ongoing counter-terrorism operation in the Harwan area of Srinagar, Kashmir. The army confirmed the deaths via a post on X, stating, “Three terrorists neutralised in an intense firefight during Operation Mahadev.” The encounter initiated in the Lidwas area and the operation continues. The operation involved a joint search and cordon conducted by the police, army, and CRPF in the forests of Mulnar near Dachigam National Park. Firing commenced after security forces approached the suspected location, prompting a response from the terrorists. Additional security forces have been deployed to the area to intensify the operation.
