Jharkhand’s Education Minister, Ramdas Soren, sustained serious injuries in a bathroom fall on Saturday. He was subsequently admitted to a private hospital in Delhi for treatment. Reports indicate that Soren is currently on life support. A multidisciplinary team of senior specialists is closely monitoring his condition.
Earlier, Jharkhand’s Health Minister, Dr. Irfan Ansari, shared on social media that the Education Minister suffered a brain injury and a blood clot as a result of the fall. The minister was airlifted to Delhi for medical care.
In a statement released by the JMM party, it was stated that the minister’s condition remains critical, and he is on life support. A team of senior specialists is providing the best possible treatment and closely monitoring every aspect of his health. The minister was initially taken to Indraprastha Apollo Hospital in the national capital from Jamshedpur following the incident.
Chief Minister Hemant Soren visited the hospital in Delhi and spoke with the doctors to inquire about his condition. He shared a post on social media, stating that Ramdas Soren has been a prominent figure in the Jharkhand movement. He expressed his faith that Soren would overcome this challenge as well, and he prayed for strength and courage.
Health Minister Irfan Ansari traveled to Delhi to oversee Soren’s treatment. Ansari had initially reported that Soren had sustained a head injury from the fall. He explained that Soren was admitted to a hospital in Jamshedpur in the morning, where doctors detected a blood clot in his brain.
The party also posted on social media, stating that JMM’s brave soldier and the state government’s Education Minister, Ramdas Soren, is undergoing treatment in Delhi. The party emphasized Soren’s struggle, dedication, and service as a source of inspiration.
