The Kannada film industry mourns the loss of actor Santhosh Balaraj, who passed away at the age of 34. The actor, son of producer Anekal Balaraj, succumbed to jaundice after battling the illness for some time. His passing has sent shockwaves through the industry and among his fans. Santhosh Balaraj debuted in the Kannada film ‘Kempa’ in 2009 and went on to star in successful films like ‘Olaviina Ole’ (2012), ‘Janma’ (2013), ‘Ganapa’ (2015), ‘Kariya 2’ (2017), and his recent hit ‘Satyam’ (2024). The actor was admitted to Sagar Apollo Hospital in Bangalore, where he was undergoing treatment. His father passed away a few months prior in a road accident. He was unmarried and lived with his mother in Bangalore.
