In a heartwarming display of environmental consciousness, Raksha Bandhan was celebrated in a unique manner in the villages of Kaliabeda and Bahar Dadi, Jamshedpur. The festival, which symbolizes the bond between siblings, was marked by Meraaki organization and local women tying protective threads (rakhi) on trees, signifying their commitment to protect them. This initiative aimed to connect environmental conservation with the sacred festival, thereby spreading awareness about the importance of nature.
