Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Karnataka today. He will commence his day by flagging off three Vande Bharat Express trains at the KSR Railway Station in Bengaluru around 11 AM. Following this, he will inaugurate the Yellow Line of the Bangalore Metro and take a ride from RV Road (Ragigudda) to the Electronic City metro station. Later in the day, at approximately 1 PM, the Prime Minister will inaugurate and lay the foundation stones for urban connectivity projects in Bengaluru. A public event will also be addressed by the PM. Meanwhile, Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah will be the chief guest at the Sugar Industry Symposium and National Efficiency Awards 2022-23 ceremony in New Delhi. The National Cooperative Sugar Factories Federation (NFCSF) Limited is organizing the award function. During the event, Amit Shah will also present the National Efficiency Awards in eight cooperative sectors. In UttarKashi, the rescue operation in Dharali, which has been affected by the disaster, continues. Today marks the sixth day of the operation, and more than 1000 people have been evacuated via air.
