Ramdas Soren, the Minister of School Education in Jharkhand and a senior leader of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), died on Friday at Apollo Hospital in Delhi. He had been seriously ill for several days and was on a ventilator. Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren confirmed the news of Ramdas Soren’s passing, expressing his sorrow. Soren had sustained severe head injuries and a brain hemorrhage after a fall in his bathroom a few days prior. He was airlifted to Delhi for treatment, where a team of specialist doctors provided continuous care, but his condition did not improve. His final rites will be performed in his hometown.
