The FASTag Annual Pass, launched on August 15, 2025, has witnessed an overwhelming response from the public. Within just four days of its launch, over 500,000 users across the country have adopted the pass. Tamil Nadu recorded the highest number of pass purchases, followed by Karnataka and Haryana. Furthermore, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh saw the most transactions at toll plazas.
Simultaneously, the Rajmargyatra app has achieved significant success. It has reached the 23rd position in overall rankings and second place in the travel category on the Google Play Store. The app has been downloaded by over 1.5 million users and has received a 4.5-star rating. It has become the top government app in India within just four days of its launch.
The FASTag Annual Pass provides users with the convenience of unlimited travel for a year (or up to 200 toll crossings) for a one-time payment of ₹3,000. The pass is applicable at approximately 1,150 toll plazas across the country and activates within two hours of payment. It can be purchased through the Rajmargyatra app or the NHAI website.
