The 2025 iteration of the Hero Glamour X 125 has been released in India, featuring a notable addition: a cruise control system, a first in its segment. This technology, previously seen in higher-end performance motorcycles such as the TVS Apache RTR 310 and the KTM 390 Duke, is now available in the commuter category. The motorcycle incorporates a dedicated toggle switch to activate the cruise control, alongside controls for speed setting and resetting. It also integrates a ride-by-wire throttle, offering three distinct ride modes – Eco, Road, and Power – which modify engine mapping based on the selected mode. The new Glamour X 125 showcases a color TFT instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation, alongside a combined braking system, a USB Type-C charging port, and full-LED lighting. The motorcycle’s design is sporty and sharp, characterized by an aggressive front fascia, muscular tank shrouds, and a dynamic overall styling. The updated 124.7cc, single-cylinder engine produces 11.4bhp at 8,250rpm and a peak torque of 10.5Nm at 6,500rpm, offering a slight increase in output. The engine is paired with a five-speed gearbox. Available in Drum and Disc variants, buyers can select from five color options. Prices start from Rs 90,000 (ex-showroom) for the base Drum variant and Rs 1 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top-spec Disc version. Bookings are open across Hero dealerships and on the company’s official website, with deliveries anticipated to commence soon.
