External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar held discussions with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow on Thursday. Jaishankar, who is currently on a three-day visit to Russia, participated in the 26th Session of the India-Russia Inter-Governmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technological and Cultural Cooperation (IRIGC-TEC) and addressed the India-Russia Business Forum meeting earlier in the day.
