Osama Shahab, son of the late MP from Siwan, Shahabuddin, is on this list. There are reports that Osama Shahab may contest from Raghunathpur in Siwan district. **3 – Bahubali Anand Mohan’s Son, Anshuman, Will Also Contest Elections**
Anshuman, the younger son of Anand Mohan, who once laid the foundation of the Bihar People’s Party, may also begin his innings in this assembly election. Anshuman’s elder brother, Chetan Anand, was elected as an RJD MLA from Sheohar. However, he is a rebel MLA of the party today. Anand Mohan himself and his mother, Lovely Anand, are counted among the important leaders of the state. Anshuman joined the JD(U) last year.

After the formation of the party in 1993, he emerged as a staunch opponent of the then CM Lalu Prasad Yadav. In 1996, when he was in jail, he contested the Lok Sabha election from Sheohar and was elected as an MP. In 2020, his elder son, Chetan Anand, was given a ticket by the RJD and he became an MLA.
**Total Assets:** According to the information provided by Bahubali Anand Mohan, who laid the foundation of the Bihar People’s Party, to the Election Commission during the Lok Sabha elections in 1996, his total assets were ₹10 lakh 66 thousand. However, according to the information provided by his son to the Election Commission in the 2020 assembly elections, his total assets are more than ₹67 lakh.
**4 – Pappu Yadav’s Son is Not Behind**
Pappu Yadav’s son, Sarthak Ranjan, who registered a spectacular victory by contesting as an independent in the last Lok Sabha elections from Purnia, may also try his electoral luck. Information is coming out that Pappu Yadav may field Sarthak from a preferred assembly seat.
**Father’s Stature:** Pappu Yadav won the assembly election for the first time in his 36-year political career in 1990. After this, Pappu Yadav won the Lok Sabha elections in 1991, 1996, 1999, 2004, and 2014. Pappu Yadav became an independent MLA once and an independent MP three times. He formed his own party after separating from the RJD in 2015.
**Total Assets:** In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Pappu Yadav’s total assets were ₹11,95,43,561, which increased to more than ₹12 crore and eight lakh in 2024.
**5 – Abhimanyu Will Also Penetrate the Political Chakravyuha**
Abhimanyu, son of former Union Minister Ram Kripal Yadav, who was once among the top leaders of the Rashtriya Janata Dal and is now playing his political innings with the Bharatiya Janata Party, may also enter this electoral arena. In fact, Abhimanyu has been participating in social work from before. His own organization, Abhimanyu, also exists, which has been doing social work.
**Father’s Stature:** Former Union Minister Ram Kripal Yadav contested the by-election on a Janata Dal ticket from Patna in 1993 and was elected to the 10th Lok Sabha. After this, he also won the election in 1996. After losing two elections, he defeated CP Thakur in the 14th Lok Sabha in 2004. He was also elected to the Rajya Sabha for one term. After this, in 2014, he contested the election as a BJP candidate from Patliputra and defeated Misa Bharti, Lalu Yadav’s daughter.
**Total Assets:** According to the information provided by former Union Minister Ram Kripal Yadav to the Election Commission in the 2004 Lok Sabha elections, his total assets were around ₹14 lakh, while in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, his total assets are said to be around ₹3 crore and 24 lakh.

The name of Arijit Shashwat Choubey, son of former Union Minister Ashwini Choubey, is also included in the list of sons of these leaders who may enter the electoral arena this time. There is even talk that Arijit Shashwat could be fielded from any assembly constituency in Buxar.

**Total Assets:** Former Union Minister Ashwini Choubey had provided information to the Election Commission in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, according to which his total assets were more than ₹2 crore 21 lakh, while in 2024, his total assets are more than ₹4 crore.
