Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), headquartered in Mumbai, has signed a fresh lease for 1.4 million square feet of office space at the 360 Business Park in Electronic City, Bengaluru. The lease encompasses Towers 5A and 5B, with 680,000 square feet in Tower 5A and 720,000 square feet in Tower 5B. The property is owned by Labzone Electronics City Private Limited. This is reportedly one of the largest office deals in the city.
The agreement is structured in two phases. The first phase, including the ground floor and seven floors, will commence on April 1, 2026. The second phase, encompassing floors eight through thirteen, will begin on August 1, 2026. The company has leased the office space for a 15-year term.
