Iran has granted the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) permission to monitor its damaged nuclear sites. Following a 12-day conflict, Iran had not only banned the IAEA but also expelled its team from the country. Since the war, Iran had refused to allow the IAEA team entry into Iran, but now it has allowed the IAEA to monitor. The question is, why did Iran do this? Has it shifted all the important information and uranium related to its atomic program elsewhere? A bigger question is, what will be the outcome of the IAEA’s monitoring?
