A shooting at a Minneapolis Catholic school resulted in the deaths of two children, aged 8 and 10, and injured 17 others. The 23-year-old assailant, identified as Robin Westman, took their own life. Chilling messages were found inscribed on the shooter’s weapons, including the phrases “kill Donald Trump” and “nuke India.” The attack occurred during the first week of school while children were attending Mass. Westman was armed with a rifle, a pistol, and a shotgun, which he used to fire numerous rounds through the church windows. Court records show Westman’s name was changed from Robert in 2020, and Westman identified as female.
Before being taken down, a YouTube channel named “Robin W” hosted at least two videos. One video, approximately 10 minutes long and filmed on a mobile phone, showcased various weapons, ammunition, and loaded magazines. The inscriptions “Kill Donald Trump,” “kill Trump now,” “Israel must fall,” and “Burn Israel” were written on the magazines. One weapon featured the words “Nuke India.” Other writings included “Where is your God?” and “for the children.” Names of previous school shooters were also scribbled on a magazine, with some messages in Cyrillic script. The video also depicted the person holding a smaller firearm and stating, “This one is for me. In case I need it.”
