A shocking case of brutality has emerged from Bhagalpur, Bihar, where a man was allegedly tortured by local goons on accusations of theft. The victim was held captive for two days and subjected to horrific abuse, including the insertion of petrol into his private parts using a syringe. A First Information Report (FIR) has been filed against four individuals, including the village head. The incident took place in the Dayalpur village of the Jhandapur OP police station area. The victim, identified as Naveen Kumar, was allegedly abducted and held captive by a group of people who accused him of theft. During his captivity, he was mentally and physically tortured, and forced to confess to the alleged theft.
