A mass stabbing in the Hollow Water First Nation, a remote indigenous community in central Canada, resulted in one fatality and six injuries. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police reported the incident, which occurred in the community approximately 217 kilometers (135 miles) north of Winnipeg, Manitoba. The police confirmed that one person died at the scene and six others were transported to the hospital for treatment. The suspect also died in the event.
