On Teacher’s Day, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai inaugurated Mission Antariksh and Project Jai Vigyan from his official residence in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. These programs are designed to foster space science awareness among schoolchildren. Two Memorandums of Understanding were signed to facilitate knowledge sharing between the Raipur district administration and the Igniting Dreams of Young Minds Foundation, and Vigyan Bharati. CM Sai praised Group Captain Shubhashnu Shukla for his successful space mission and acknowledged teachers. He highlighted that science encourages questioning, reasoning, and problem-solving. Project Jai Vigyan will include workshops, exhibitions, and competitions. The Chief Minister emphasized the importance of children being creators of knowledge, crucial for an Atmanirbhar Bharat and a science-based society. He encouraged children to seek inspiration from Shubhashnu Shukla. Group Captain Shukla expressed gratitude for the opportunity to inspire future generations, recognizing the state’s leadership’s focus on science and education. The event was attended by Education Minister Gajendra Yadav, Raipur Collector Gaurav Kumar Singh, and numerous students and teachers.
