A two-day workshop for the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MPs is commencing today, Sunday, in the Parliament complex, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to be honored for GST reforms. Simultaneously, in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of northwestern Pakistan, at least one person died and several others were injured in an explosion during a cricket match on Saturday. The blast occurred at the Kausar Cricket Ground in the Khar tehsil of Bajaur district. Separately, a shooting incident took place in Seelampur, Patna, Bihar. Police report that on Saturday evening, armed criminals shot dead a person in Salimpur, Patna, while three members of his family were injured.
