These include India, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, England, South Africa, USA, West Indies, New Zealand, Pakistan, Ireland, Canada, Netherlands, and Italy. The remaining five teams will emerge from two African qualifiers and three Asia and East Asia-Pacific qualifiers.
