The highly anticipated third season of the anime series ‘Spy X Family’ is set to return, with the premiere date confirmed alongside the unveiling of a new trailer. The trailer offers a glimpse into the deepening relationships between Anya, Loid, and Yor as they navigate their fabricated family dynamic. The anime continues to blend comedic elements with suspense, while also capturing heartfelt moments between the characters.
Season 3 of ‘Spy x Family’ is scheduled to launch on Crunchyroll on October 4, 2025. The streaming availability is confirmed for North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and CIS regions. Details regarding the simultaneous release in India have not yet been announced.
The official synopsis describes the premise: Secret agent Twilight must undertake his most demanding mission yet: to pose as a family man. He must infiltrate an elite school to get close to a high-profile politician, pretending to be a loving husband and father. His cover is perfect, except his wife is a deadly assassin, and neither is aware of the other’s true identity. Their adopted daughter, who possesses telepathic abilities, knows their secrets.

The anime is based on Tatsuya Endo’s original manga, which debuted on Shonen Jump+ in March 2019, with 15 volumes published to date. VIZ Media publishes the English-language version of the manga. The third season will be directed by Yukiko Imai, who previously contributed as a storyboard artist and episode director for the first two seasons.
