The Vivo X300 lineup might be the first smartphone series in the world equipped with MediaTek’s new Dimensity 9500 chipset. The Vivo X300 and X300 Pro are expected to launch in China on October 13, although no official information has been released. The Vivo X300 will feature a 6.31-inch 8T LTPO BOE Q10+ panel. It is expected to be the successor to the Vivo X200 Pro Mini. Interestingly, Vivo is discontinuing the 6.67-inch variant that was part of the previous lineup. The more premium Vivo X300 Pro will have a 6.78-inch larger display. Information about the refresh rate and brightness levels has not been revealed yet. Both the X300 and X300 Pro will have a 50MP front camera for selfies and video calls. On the back, the standard variant might feature a 200MP Samsung HPB primary sensor, a 50MP Sony LYT-602 periscope telephoto lens, and a Samsung JN5 ultra-wide camera. The X300 Pro, on the other hand, will have a 50MP Sony LYT-828 primary sensor and a 200MP Samsung HPB periscope telephoto camera, along with an ultra-wide shooter.
